She doesn't even deserve to be called a lady. The EPA, district, municipal and metropolitan assemblies need to surcharge offenders like this to serve as a deterrent to others. For all we know, she's somebody's girlf, wife or mother. Ahhhh

  By the way, Please don’t bring Bawumia into this. He and Akufo Addo had 8 years to change Ghana, but they did very very little positive, and lots and lots of negative. If they didn’t and couldn’t build good clean efficient public toilets in 8 years, don’t expect anything to change ever. They were more interested in driving up and down in convoys of $100,000 Landcruisers.
  
  All they did was allow cronies to build in watercourses and Ramsar sites, Kpeshie lagoon, the evil of galamsey, allow a cement factory in a long established residential area, destroy our forests, rivers and environment, pollute our beaches, turn the Ridge area of Accra into a mess, and allow off the scale thievery and corruption.
