Samson, how does transferring huge sums of public money into private individuals' accounts under the pretext of purchasing cybersecurity equipment, only for the equipment never to be purchased, not raise serious questions about theft, misappropriation of public funds or corruption?

What makes it more concerning is that you are making these arguments in favour of someone currently standing trial and awaiting judgment. Every accused person deserves the presumption of innocence, but that doesn't mean questionable transactions should be defended without proper scrutiny.

These days, the internet has exposed people to information, and the public is no longer easily misled by professional titles. Being a lawyer doesn't make your arguments immune to scrutiny.

Are lawyers not bound by the requirement that when matters are sub juice, comment on them in the manner that Ayenini has done, is not allowed. Such out of turn comments create the impression that some lawyers are on the side of people suspected of stealing government funds. They appear to be applauding corruption and stealing.
On another note, Adu-Boahen says he has had a cyber security system installed. Is it an invisible system? Or it is installed in Adu-Boahen's head. It appears that secrecy associated with security matters can be, and is being explained by a criminal, clever thief for personal gain. I hope the system for managing security matters can be improved. These days it appears that stealing state funds is regarded as business. Disgusting.

It is prejudicial and has the likely effect of affecting the judgment or its reception by the general public. No panel and nobody can discuss the merits of a case that is ongoing in the court.
