I don't think this Ablakwa Okudjeto is an intelligent guy or possibly he thinks every Ghanaian is like his ppl in North Tongu in Volta region.At the start of the war Russian Army was recruiting those Vigilantes themselves, currently they are relying on agents bcoz the rewards are so lucrative. Many join without declaring their nationality from the start, they only tell their background when they're in trouble.
