  So, why was the notorious NDC serial rapist and child molester left to operate freely for that long if the police can make prompt arrests? Many of his victims would have been spared the ordeal.

Coperal punishment should be allowed back in our schools again or else what's happening in the US , worse may occur here where a student pulls a gun and starts shooting indiscriminatly. Discipline is being thrown to the dogs.

Poor sleep, poor feeding, bad peer influence, classism, physical, emotional and sexual abuses etc. Find a public or private shs in your neighborhood for your ward as a day student and get good private tuition for him or her. I know a doctor who did same for his two halfco daughters. One got 6As, studied law at UG and graduated a valecdictorian. She did go to any of those big name schools far from her home where her father wouldnt have known what was happening to her.
