What happens to incorrigible drivers in my village of Kotokuom? Or are the devices only for the cities and urban areas?
We need more education for it to succeed.

What about driving on the sides of the roads???
Driving by the side of the road is wrong but if you really want to be sure, then try it and see what happens.
It's about time. Driving needs to be controlled to reduce accidents death. Education is key because most of the drivers are illiterate.
And what of the motor riders without helmets. Would the camera capture them too
