Just bring in the Social Welfare and the original mother and father will be forced to pay for the much that she has spent on the baby or go to Prison. Don't waste your time

Shouldnt the police arrst the mother who abandoned the child. Such a wicked and ungrateful family.
The family of the girl are very irresponsible, they want someone to take up their responsibilities and expect to reap from this child when she grows.
If the woman didn't take care of the baby the baby will be death by now. Abandoning the baby in the wrong place is at attempted homicide, so the person that left the baby there should be judge
