Aah the mentality of the African-American and other diasporaians citizens be it from America, the Caribbean, British blacks who trace their lineages from the terrible slave trade don’t treat kindly with those of us from Africa. They have the fixated mindset and mentality that those of us from Africa are descendants of their fellow brothers who collaborated with the white slave raiders to have sold their fore fathers to slavery more than 500 years ago.
Because of that some of are bitter and very hostile to the extent that they feel it was their fellow blacks who betrayed them therefore they see us as enemies instead of brotherhood.
A guy once said, you from Africa want us to call you our brothers but were you not the very ones who sold us out as slaves.
We have been made to lose our identities as Africans from generation to generation so don’t blame us.

When you have a society where women raise men the men begin to think and act as such. Emotions instead of rationality, feelings instead of thought.

I am a college professor and I have mentored a lot of the young African American males and females and they later come back to thank me.
I always teach them to begin their sentences with " I think". I also teach them that society does not owe them anything rather they owe society a responsibility. I teach them to pursue careers and financial investments. Oner of the largest Nursing homes in Georgia is owned by three of my former students I mentored. They have made me a member of the board.

I think we the Africans have failed to reach them; they think we feel more superior to them. We don't attend their churches instead we open our own chuirches.

Why don't we sometimes invite their pastors to our churches? I can promise you you their pastors are very powerful.

We should open to receive them with open arms.
When I was in grad school, I open a tutorial sectins for the undergraduates in mathematics, Chemistry and Physics. It was a great success. They immediately embraced me. I showed them how to study.

Please there should be a solidarity among blacks all over the world.
