The President and AG sent Jakpa, the guy who was dismissed from the military as unfit to wear the uniform, with his team of hooligans, to Ken's residence to ransack the house, traumatized everybody in the house and took away very important private properties which had nothing to do with government business when he had travelled to the U. S., with the permission of the government for medical attention and treatment. Further to that, the AG had publicly pronounced judgement of guilty against Ken before the whole world when there had not been any charges brought against him in the first place. Then the government stage-managed a demonstration against Ken, to the U. S. Embassy. With the hindsight of what happened in Ken's and Dr. Addison's houses, only a fool would assume that the government's attack team would give him a fair trial if he returns to Ghana without any agreed and signed rules. Just look at the sort of kangaroo courts that are being operated under the instructions of the executive and judiciary. It is understood that the U. S. Authorities have demanded from their Ghanaian counterparts the evidence of wrongdoing on so they would bring him to face the law in Ghana. If you cannot provide that evidence but rather you're only interested in putting him through trial in the court of public opinion, just sit down and play your politics to deceive your supporters.

The whole world knows that Mahama has sacked the Chief Justice and put his friends in the courts in Ghana. Mahama's intension is to send his political opponents to prison and the whole world is aware of that. Ofori_Atta will not get a fair trial if he returns to Ghana and Mahama has made it easier for his political opponents to be granted political asylum in every democratic country . Blame Mahama.
