  Dr Bawumia has planned to stop the state from buying cars , he will rather give that opportunity to the private sector to operate. Automobile & Car Rental companies will rent their cars to the state.That will allow them to efficiently manage their vehicles to their clients. That burden of payments of insurance premium, maintenance of vehicles and salaries of operative staff will be handled by the private companies. Definitely Ghana Govt cannot hire cars to civil & public servants to take then to funerals & festivals.

  First and foremost the issues has to do with Adequate Compensation for motor vehicle Accidents Involving government owned vehicles.Determing adequate compensation for a motor accident involves several factors,Incuding the Severity of injuries,Medical exepense,and lost income.

  1.MEDICAL EXEPENSE;Include all accident related health care cost such as doctor visits,hospital stays and treatment cost.
  
  2.LOST OF INCOME;Calculate the income lost due to inability to work to the accident.
  
  3.PAIN AND SUFFERING; Compensation for pain and suffering is often caculated using a different method which can be vary based on the Severity of injuries.
