How much have reserves fallen, and what is your concrete timeline and target for bringing them back to programme levels — especially now that FX intermediation has moved from the Bank of Ghana to GoldBod?"
2. On the 2027 budget: "You've committed to a primary surplus of just 0.5% of GDP for 2027 while promising major spending on jobs and infrastructure. How do you fund that investment push without slipping on debt sustainability — and what safeguards ensure this spending delivers value for money rather than another round of arrears?"
3. On the weak spots: "The IMF flags heavy domestic debt rollovers, fiscal pressure from the energy and cocoa sectors, and the still-unpublished audit of ECG's collection accounts.
