You have no statutory oversight authority to enforce anything. You're just an association of lawyers like any other professional grouping responsible for your MEMBERSHIP only. Your members are answerable to your association and its agreed rules and regulations. Beyond that you have absolutely no power to regulate the conduct of any lawyer who is not of your fold.

Let the appropriate, legitimate body tasked to oversee the professional conduct of lawyers and legal practice in Ghana do their job.

GBA has absolutely no locus in this matter and you cannot arrogate any such sanctioning authority upon yourself where none exists.
