For your empty head: because any previous govt has spent billions in some projects, it makes sense that the succeeding govt complete the essential projects among, otherwise Ghana losses BILLIONS for the discontinuation.

One thing you should note on the cathedral: it was not a NATIONAL project, neither is it an essential one. It was a personal PROMISE Akufo Addo made to God. That aside, we have enough churches in Ghana, including many Cathedrals
