Anomaly of the Big Six in Ghana. The picture should be removed because it didn't exist. It was created the newspapers after some members of the so called Big Six were arrested following the riots in 1948 that saw the deaths of The three veterans at Christiaburg road.
For the record, George Grant who was the founder and financier of the UGCC is absent from the Big Six. William Ofori Atta was going to tip off his uncle JB Danquah about his impending arrest when he was also arrested. He was not an executive of the UGCC.
So the picture of the Big Six is an Anomaly and should be taken off the currency and be replaced.
