It's very worrying to see a town magnitude of Offuman nature suffer as though they are not part of Ghana. I was born and bred in Offuman but now lives in the UK, I visited my beloved town Offuman a couple of years ago and I must confess I wept bitterly, nothing in the town seems to be working. Bad roads, no proper drinking water, Senior high school in a very deplorable state etc. I just hope and pray that the government of Ghana hears our cry and help us. Very upsetting.
