  Stake holders and opinion leaders within our newly cherished district must take it as challenge to soliticit and probe to find the potentials,resources both human and capital to bring under a common platform to diversify and more impotantly effeciently and effectively distribute the task and the needed responsibilities ahead to improve and develop the only District that we are having.
