  Please there is this student nurse at your facility called pat . She started her attachment not long ago she is in her first year in school Health Management dansoman , she giving people injection (I. V) with cannular at home which is wrong . Even rashes she will give u IV injection. Please advice her before i report her to the police .

  I also believe she steals cannulars , plaster and Syringe form your facility to her house and even drugs . Please do something about it very bad .
