Kufuor has state clearly stated here that he supports the NPP challenging the pronouncement of Mahama as the President elect since he strongly believes the election was rigged. So how do you expect Kufour, the ex President to attend to the inauguration of a President he believes was criminally elected.

The best in the interest of fairness and democracy, is for the whole idea of inauguration of the President set aside till the out-come of the Supreme Court case. If it happens the Supreme Court decides in favour of Mahama, then Kufuor will not have any problems attending his inauguration as all we expect both parties to accept the out come of the Supreme Court as final and in faith to support each other to build our country, Ghana.

Kufour has his noble credibility at stake to go or no to go base on his personal conscience that the election result was criminally wrong. Period!

Considering the gagantuan amt of rigging to favour President Mahama, which Pres Kuffuor has seen, Pres Kuffuor attending the ceremony will be a betrayal to his party and Nana Akuffo-Addo. There is no way Pres Rawlings would have attended the inauguration if he had campaigned for Pres Mahama the way Pres Kuffuor did for Nana Addo and had Pres Mahama cheated in such manner.
