One ought not raise his/her eyebrows for his assertions are now new. We have heard that before many times yet greed, lack of transperancy if still in the system. Just remind yourself about the huge amount of money recently stolen fro a deputy minister's car yet man families are held captives in their homes because of poverty. Where did that minister come up with such a huge some of money in his car? So is the forem President telling President Mahama the truth or as Nketia put it "a barking dog"!
