The interesting thing about developments is that, in the past the State's cases could only be handled by the Attorney General's Office. It is only in instances of lack of capacity and or work overload that the Attorney General's Office will outsource a defense to an attorney in private practice.

From what unfolded, which is now part of Ghana's political history to be harped on by opponents of the NDC government, this time it is not the Attorney General that is defending the case. A cursory look at the leadership of the AG's office will almost validate the gnawing suspicions in certain circles that, it either through omissions and or commission lost the State's cases if you take cognizance of the lackadaisical manner in which it prepared and executed the prosecution/defense of cases of the State. To put it bluntly, there was the suspicion that the loses were deliberately orchestrated not only to embarrass the government but on the other hand, boost the image of the NPP.

Now it is a different ball-game altogether because, a dependable crop of attorneys will represent, the State, no, the NDC-government. Therein lies the beauty of coming legal confrontation. Book a front row seat.

But being the empty arrogant being that he is, he want to tell Ghanaians that, he is a legal luminary,which he is pathetically not.

It is a pity that,this man wants to siphone the little respect that is left in him, before bowing out in disgrace.If I were him, I would have down the honourable thing to bow out. Even a lay man knows that,what they presented as evidence would not be entertained by a monkey before the law of the jungle.But for recent events, coupled with his abysmal performance as the Attorney General, Many Ghanaians would have continue to hold this incompetent "third class" and arrogant war-mongering and tribalistic old man at high esteem.Thank God that we know him more than he knows himself.

I was very surprised when the case against Wereko Brobbey and Kwadwo Mpiani was thrown out by the judge so i took my time to read on it.

What i found out was that the NDC gov't established a Commission of Enquiry to look into the Ghana@50 issues.

The L.I. (legislative instrument) that established the Commission clearly stated that no person who gave appeared before the commission and gave evidence would be prosecuted.

Now what did the NDC gov't do?? Right after the commission finished it's work, they hauled these 2 guys to court to prosecute them. Their lawyer, Yoni Kulendi, simply argued that the case was without merit and pointed out the provision in the said L.I. which president Mills signed.

So in this case do you blame the judge or the useless lawyers of NDC?

If it was, the Supreme court is trained to uncover the truth with the facts gathered by the NPP.
I pray for the Supreme court for justice to be done without fear nor respecter of persons.
Something Ghana ought to remember, if the NPP have not taken this redress, who knows about the NDC would have in the election 2016, may be there will not have been any election 2016.
Ghana should travel the road Mali is on at the moment.

But we are told that his arguments are always celebrated in the law school and even when he was judged to have lost, in the law school and among eminent lawyers and judges his arguments hold sway. We all know he lost his cases not because he did not argue or marshal his case eloquently, legally and logically but it is because somebody was determined to see that he lost. In an international court in the UK where judges are impartial and nobody influences them ,as it is alleged in Ghana, he is reputed to have successfully defended his cousin Kojo Tskata in court. Has any of the so-called legal luminaries in Ghana done so? Say whatever you want to say about Tsatsu but the fact remains that when it comes to the law even his political enemies salute him as would soon be shown. Addo would chicken out of this case because of Tsatsu. He knows Tsatsu's strength and knows what he is capable of doing in law if the allegation that he wrote arguments for him to read in the a famous case is true.

It was Prof Dankwa, not Tsatsu, who won the case against Nana Addo. Since Professor Dankwa is not on the current NDC defense team for this election brouhaha, you cannot make the same argument.

A Charlotte, North Carolina man, having purchased a case of rare, very expensive cigars, insured them against ... get this ... fire.

Within a month, having smoked his entire stockpile of fabulous cigars, and having yet to make a single premium payment on the policy, the man filed a claim against the insurance company. In his claim, the man stated that he had lost the cigars in "a series of small fires."

The insurance company refused to pay, citing the obvious reason that the man had consumed the cigars in a normal fashion. The man sued... and won!

In delivering his ruling, the judge stated that since the man held a policy from the company in which it had warranted that the cigars were insurable, and also guaranteed that it would insure the cigars against fire, without defining what it considered to be "unacceptable fire," it was obligated to compensate the insured for his loss.

Rather than endure a lengthy and costly appeal process, the insurance company accepted the judge’s ruling and paid the man $15,000 for the rare cigars he lost in "the fires." After the man cashed his check, however, the insurance company had him arrested ... on 24 counts of arson! With his own insurance claim and testimony from the previous case being used as evidence against him, the man was convicted of intentionally burning the rare cigars and sentenced to 24 consecutive one year terms!

Since Nana and his legal disciples have adamantly refused to listen to the voice of God, the noise of court is what they will get.
With Tsatsu now on board, Nana Addo and his legal disciples are going to be ‘out-doored’ as the most ignorant and half baked lawyers of the 21st century Ghana and the world have ever recorded.
Immediately preceding the ‘out-dooring’ ceremony would be a ‘burial’ ceremony for the careers of these lawyers. Indeed, everything has its end, but for some of them a miserable and disgraceful end.
I believe the Supreme Court Judges would not want these myopic lawyers to taint their image or subject them to legal ridicule as some of them where once bitten by the legal claws of Tsatsu, and more importantly have immensely benefited from Tsatsu’s legal lessons at one point or the other in their legislative journey.
Disgrace beckons these half-baked lawyers who adamantly refused counsel from experts of the law, the clergy and even some of their own level headed colleagues, patrons and well wishers in the party.
I strongly believe that Tsatsu would never elect to defend a case knowing truly he will fail / lose; step most renowned lawyers take. But Nana Addo and his half baked disciple in law are either blind to read between the lines or just putting up a face saving act to appease their blind followers or those who financially sponsored them. Please don’t get me wrong, not all NPP supporters or lawyers have the same trait Nana and his disciples in law have; there are few good ones.
Well, Nana Ato Dadzie and Tsatsu, let the action begin, for whoever does not listen to the voice of the people, surely listens to the noise of evil.

- for starters, who authorised this Akufo Ado to enquire into and to investigate the election process? and for him to come up to say that the entire election process was fraudulent; again

- Akufo Ado dictating to the Judges to 'crawback" powers granted to the Electoral Commissioner; to nullify the Declaration of the Electoral Commissioner that Mahama won

- the lot pointing to the fact that this Akufo Ado hasn't studied enough Laws in his fat head; Tsatsu Tsikata anytime
