In our constitution, it is only the EC is mandated to announce the electoral results, and he did, period, hence Pres. Mahama is the legal president of republic of Ghana. So do not dilute the facts.

The NPP leaders told us on 9th December that the election was stolen and they had evidence. Did they have to wait till 28th December to file at the SC? If they had filed much earlier, the case would by now be underway and they could have raised an injunction on the inauguration. Now that they have filed with some petty irregularities as evidence of the election fraud, I fill betrayed or the leadership of my party are seriously incompetent. We need to stop this nonsense and reorganize our great party.
