Analyse, any well do democratic country will never turn election around to convert the elected president but court issues can be proceeded to adjust corrections no doubt about that, in every electios there are its short comings and need corrections, its part of the game folks. EC and supreme court of justise are not dommy to put the country back wards. NPP should have check thier home work perfectly before even the commencement of the elections, its thier own mistakes that has led the defeat. Nana and his followers are intelligent enough should have conceaded defeat and moved on to put the society in better shape for the next generation. Tsatsu is not qualified to lead the NDC legal team. He is still a prisoner!

At the threshold of former President Kuffour's exit from power, he (Kuffour) pardoned Tsatsu (then a prisoner at Nsawam Medium Security Prisons for causing financial loss to the state as CEO of GNPC.

Tsatsu publicly rejected the pardon from his hospital bed at Korlebu Teaching Hospital and insisted that he would continue to fight the case through the courts!

By the time his doctors gave him a clean bill of health to return to prison, NDC had won the elections with Prof. Mills replacing Kuffour as President. Because of this, Tsatsu never went back to Nsawam prisons, although Prof. Mills never granted him pardon.

There is no record that Tsatsu ever won the case in court. Infact, throughout the Mills/Mahama regime, we never heard of the Tsatsu case being called up at any court. So technically, Tsatsu is still a prisoner who is "politically" walking free.

The BIG QUESTION now is: HOW CAN A PRISONER LEAD A TEAM OF LAWYERS TO DEFEND AN ACCUSED AT COURT?

Man Fathers 9 Kids With Daughter, Pleads For Forgiveness

Agbofa Yao Hateka, the 47-year-old fetish priest who fathered nine kids with daughter has pleaded with a Sogakope circuit court to forgive him his sins as he would not do it again.

He has so far made two appearances in the Sogakokpe Circuit Court for having nine children with his daughter, four of whom were dead.

Agbofa Yao Hateka was in the Sogakope court on 12th and 13th July charged with incest. According to the prosecutor, inspector Emmanuel Atsor, the case was reported to the Dabala Police by a certain Torgbey Sekpetey II, chief of Ashagborkope, who is also a tax collector. The complainant told the police on June 7th 2012 that the accused was married to his biological daughter, Baby Hateka with whom he has nine kids. Yao Hateka allegedly impregnated Baby and subsequently had eight other children with her. Out of the lot, there were now five kids aged 14, 12, 3, 2 and a month-and-a-half old. During the interrogation however, Baby Hateka told the police she had eight other children with her father out of which three died, contradicting the accused person’s narration that he had only a two year old baby with his daughter.

The accused would not allow anybody to intervene as he allegedly threatened people with death if they meddled in his sexual relationship with his daughter. He allegedly threatened to invoke the spirit of his gods to deal with meddlers. The accused told the court that he was both a farmer and a fisherman, although the prosecution witness claimed he was unemployed. Before his arrest, the accused told the police that his daughter suffered from sickle cell anaemia, and had come to stay with him from a cocoa-growing area. Torgbey Sekpetey II had earlier fined the accused a fowl so his daughter could be cleansed before reporting the matter to the police. The case has been adjourned to 20th July 2012 for judgement.**

A 40-year-old welder; Emmanuel Kwesi Yevu, who is accused of defiling his 13-year-old daughter blamed his action on “juju,” (magic) when he made his second appearance before a Circuit Court in Accra.
Yevu told the court that somebody had cast a spell on him because he was getting more customers in his carpentry business.
When the court asked why he defiled his daughter, Yevu said: “My Lord the thing came on me in a spiritual form. I sometimes dream that I am sleeping with my late wife. I took in some alcohol on the day in question before going to bed. I detected that my daughter had placed her legs on mine and I mistook her to be that of my late wife and I defiled her.”
This, according to Yevu, had had happened on two occasions. Yevu, who is charged with defilement and incest pleaded guilty. But just as the court was about to hand down Yevu’s sentence, his brother raised his hands saying he had sometime to say.
Yevu’s brother told the court that Yevu had confided in him that somebody had cast a spell on him and blamed his action on “juju.”
The court presided over by Mrs Justice Georgina Mensah-Datsa however sentenced Yevu to 10 years on each of the charges. The sentences would however run concurrently.
The court told Yevu that it only had power to deal with the charges brought against him adding: “You can pursue the juju case at the juju court.” Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sarah Acquah told the court that the complainant was the victim’s uncle.
Yevu is the father of the victim. Since the death of the victim’s mother, she had been living with the father at Omanjor in Accra. ASP Acquah said during October 2011, the victim was sleeping when Yevu forced her and had sex with her on two occasions.
After the acts, the victim informed her father that she had not menstruated for the past three months.
ASP Acquah said Yevu knowing very well that the victim was pregnant, gave the victim medicine to swallow and insert some of the medicine into her vagina.
Soon after inserting the medicine, the victim began to complain of abdominal pains and she was rushed to the hospital and a report was made to the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit at the Odorkor Police station.
The victim was issued with a medical form while her father was arrested by the Police and during interrogation he admitted the offence.

Felix Torgbor, the 45-year-old mason who fathered a child with his own daughter.
A 45 year old mason has been arrested in Accra for forcibly having an affair with his daughter and subsequently, having a baby with her.
“You are very stupid! Which is better? Sleeping with my daughter or running after other women who could infect me with strange diseases which I could also pass on to you?”
These are the shocking words of Felix Torgbor, a 45-year-old mason from La, who was caught by his wife having sex with his 19-year-old daughter.
Apparently, Torgbor began having sex with his daughter when she was only 16 years old; broke her virginity and subsequently had a child with her. He is now in the grips of the Odorkor Police in Accra.
Torgbor’s three-year-old sexual affair finally came to an end when his wife caught him red-handed making love to his daughter in an uncompleted building on the dawn of Saturday August 15, at Russia, a suburb of Accra.
Salamatu, Torgbor’s wife, told DAILY GUIDE that she wakes up very early in the morning, goes to work and returns at 7:00pm.
On that fateful day, she returned from visiting her sister at about 10:00pm on Friday night. She called her husband to join her watch an African movie shown on TV, but he declined and kept moving up and down.
She then began wondering what was making her husband so jittery.
According to her, the TV station closed down around 12:00 midnight, so she went to bed.
At about 12:45am, she woke up to realize that her husband and daughter were not in bed so she went out in search of them.
Salamatu indicated that her husband is putting up a building which is just a distance from the family house where they live, so she had a strong urge to go there to search for them.
When she got there, she saw that her step-daughter had laid a piece of cloth on the floor of one of the rooms and she saw a man lying on top of her.
She yelled and held unto the man only to realize it was her husband who was moaning and groaning on top of his own daughter.
Salamatu said she could not believe that this abominable act was going on right under her nose for the past three years.
When she demanded answers from her husband, he called her a stupid woman.
“You are very stupid! Which is better? Sleeping with my daughter or running after other women who could infect me with strange diseases which I could also pass on to you?” he asked, threatening to beat her up if she shouted.
Salamatu says she raised an alarm, drawing people to the scene.
Speaking to DAILY GUIDE, District Crime Officer (DCO), DSP Bafour Appenteng said the affair between father and daughter started somewhere in 2006 when she was dressing after bathing.
Narrating the sequence of events, the DCO said it started when the grandmother of the victim observed that her pubic hair had not been shaved. She questioned the teenager who replied that she was scared the razor blade might harm her.
Her grandmother, thereafter, sent her to buy a razor blade so she could shave the hair off, but by the time she got back, her grandmother was asleep.
On reaching home, her father, who was then eavesdropping on the conversation, asked what she was going to use the razor blade for.
She explained what the grandmother had said.
Torgbor then insisted on shaving his daughter’s pubic hair, in spite of her resistance.
According to the victim, her father laid her on his matrimonial bed and shaved her pubic hair after which he forcibly had sexual intercourse with her.
No amount of pleading could stop Torgbor from carrying out his intentions, and he had sex with her on the blind side of his wife, Salamatu Piaga.
The girl emerged from the room in tears and because her legs were wobbling, her aunties, who lived in the same compound house, asked what was wrong and she revealed to them that her father had just had sex with her.
According to the police, the aunties explained that at the time of the incident, the family was bereaved and so they decided to meet on the matter after the burial of their kin but later forgot all about it, and even though Salamatu was informed about the incident, she chose not to pursue it.
When she quizzed her husband about the incident, he got mad and subjected the child to severe beatings, saying that she wanted to disgrace him.
Later, when the girl turned 17, she got pregnant and left to stay with her biological mother at Osu because her father was furious, claiming his daughter had a boyfriend and subjected her to severe beatings, even though she was pregnant for him at the time.
At Osu, she reported the incident to WAJU but her mother, who did not believe her claims, abandoned the case after receiving a police medical form.
When the teenager gave birth in April last year, her stepmother, Salamatu, went for her from the Ridge Hospital where she delivered a baby girl and brought her back to her father’s house with the intention of caring for her and the baby.
The Crime Officer said when the baby was nine months old, Torgbor, who was eager to re-ignite his sexual relationship with his biological daughter, forced her to stop breast-feeding the baby, which she did.
They continued with the affair until the dawn of Saturday August 15, 2009 when Salamatu grabbed the two seriously making love.
Subsequently, Salamatu packed her belongings out of the house but did not report the matter to the police until her husband was arrested on August 18, 2009, by the Odorkor police who invited her to write her statement.
The victim, who was cuddling her daughter when she spoke to DAILY GUIDE on Thursday, confirmed that the baby, an exact replica of Torgbor, was indeed her father’s daughter.
She told DAILYGUIDE she wishes her father would be kept in jail forever.

Ho, May 13, GNA - Daniel Gadzeti, a carpenter, was sentenced to five years imprisonment by a Ho circuit court on Tuesday for being in an incestuous relationship with his 19-year-old daughter Mabel Gadzeti, a seamstress apprentice.
Mr Frank Owusu Afriyie, the presiding judge, deferred sentence on Mabel Gadzeti until after medical tests for pregnancy and sex related diseases.
Mr Afriyie described the conduct of Gadzeti, a father of four, as "very irresponsible". Deputy Superintendent of Police Kwadwo Nkansah told the court that Gadzeti, who was staying at Nkonya-Ntumda, invited his daughter who was staying with her mother at Nkonya-Tayi to come over and stay with him. He said Gadzeti the n started having sexual intercourse with his daughter. Mr Nkansah said a friend of Gadzeti once visited him and saw him (Gadzeti) and his (Gadzeti's) daughter bathing together and asked him if he was having sexual relationship with her. He said Gadzeti took offence and reported the matter to the chief of Nkonya-Ntumda who summoned the friend before the traditional court which fined him to compensate Gadzeti because the friend had no evidence to support his case. About a year later Gadzeti confessed his incestuous relationship to his uncle, a catechist, and expressed his desire to perform customary rites to marry her and make her his second wife in addition to her mother.
He said Gadzeti's uncle informed the chief of the town and Gadzeti's wife and daughter were summoned before the chief and elders of the town. A fine was imposed on Gadzeti and his daughter which they paid. He said a few days later, information about their relationship got to the police leading to their arrest.Source:

Man Jailed For Impregnating Daughter
An Accra High Court has sentenced Mr Anthony Bleworda to five (5) years imprisonment for having sex with her daughter since she was 16 years old and fathering with her five children, three of whom have since died. Mr Bleworda admitted that he had a strong urge to sleep with his own 16-year-old daughter the first day he saw her after several year’s sojourn abroad.
The daughter, identified as Matilda Bleworda, who is now in her mid twenties, is reported to have later developed mental health problems. Speaking to Peace FM and the Domestic Violence And Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU), Matilda disclosed that she willingly gave in to his father’s sexual advances the first day she saw him because her father enticed her with lots of money, but the subsequent encounters were all against her will. An earlier medical report had revealed that Matilda had indeed developed mental problems. She however stressed to Peace FM in an interview that she has now been completely cured.
She added that she did not know in the beginning that Mr. Bleworda was her real father. She believed instead that her grandfather whom she had known since her infancy was. According to her she asked the father to stop sleeping with her but he refused, claiming she was married to him by virtue of their having children together.
In an interview with Peacefmonline, the spokesperson for DOVVSU, Inspector Irene Oppong confirmed that Mr Bleworda has been sentenced for 5 years imprisonment. In answer to querries about why the seemingly minimal nature of the punishment, Inspector Oppong said the court took into account the girl’s admission that she was 16 years old when her father first slept with her and also that she consented to the act for which reason he couldn’t be charged with rape.
She explained that the stipulated sentencing range for incest for which Mr. Bleworda was found guilty is between 3 to 25 years. She explained that it took the court this long to dispose of the case because the man was having health issues midway into his prosecution. Peace FM managed to secure a major scoop and broke the scandal to a horrified country in September of last year.

A 47-year-old farmer who fathered five children with his biological daughter is in the grips of the law.
Yao Hatekah impregnated his daughter, known as Baby, when she was 11 years old and subsequently had children aged 14, 12, 3, 2 and a month-and-a-half-old with her.
Hatekah, who pleaded guilty to the charge of incest on June 20, 2012, changed his plea to not guilty when he reappeared before the Sogakope Circuit Court Wednesday.
According to him, he had one child with his daughter and was not responsible for her other children.
The court, subsequently, remanded him to reappear on July 12, 2012.
Prosecuting, Inspector Emmanuel Atsor of the Sogakope Police told the court that Hatekah began having an affair with his daughter after his wife died.
His alleged incestuous act was brought to the attention of the police by the Chief of Gonu Ashiagborkorpe, near Dabala in the South Tongu District in the Volta Region, TorgbeSekpetey II.
It said the residents of the community had known of Hatekah’s incestuous act all these years but were afraid of him because of his threat to kill anybody who dared to criticise him.**

Man Fathers 9 Kids With Daughter, Pleads For Forgiveness

Agbofa Yao Hateka, the 47-year-old fetish priest who fathered nine kids with daughter has pleaded with a Sogakope circuit court to forgive him his sins as he would not do it again.

He has so far made two appearances in the Sogakokpe Circuit Court for having nine children with his daughter, four of whom were dead.

Agbofa Yao Hateka was in the Sogakope court on 12th and 13th July charged with incest. According to the prosecutor, inspector Emmanuel Atsor, the case was reported to the Dabala Police by a certain Torgbey Sekpetey II, chief of Ashagborkope, who is also a tax collector. The complainant told the police on June 7th 2012 that the accused was married to his biological daughter, Baby Hateka with whom he has nine kids. Yao Hateka allegedly impregnated Baby and subsequently had eight other children with her. Out of the lot, there were now five kids aged 14, 12, 3, 2 and a month-and-a-half old. During the interrogation however, Baby Hateka told the police she had eight other children with her father out of which three died, contradicting the accused person’s narration that he had only a two year old baby with his daughter.

The accused would not allow anybody to intervene as he allegedly threatened people with death if they meddled in his sexual relationship with his daughter. He allegedly threatened to invoke the spirit of his gods to deal with meddlers. The accused told the court that he was both a farmer and a fisherman, although the prosecution witness claimed he was unemployed. Before his arrest, the accused told the police that his daughter suffered from sickle cell anaemia, and had come to stay with him from a cocoa-growing area. Torgbey Sekpetey II had earlier fined the accused a fowl so his daughter could be cleansed before reporting the matter to the police. The case has been adjourned to 20th July 2012 for judgement.**

A 40-year-old welder; Emmanuel Kwesi Yevu, who is accused of defiling his 13-year-old daughter blamed his action on “juju,” (magic) when he made his second appearance before a Circuit Court in Accra.
Yevu told the court that somebody had cast a spell on him because he was getting more customers in his carpentry business.
When the court asked why he defiled his daughter, Yevu said: “My Lord the thing came on me in a spiritual form. I sometimes dream that I am sleeping with my late wife. I took in some alcohol on the day in question before going to bed. I detected that my daughter had placed her legs on mine and I mistook her to be that of my late wife and I defiled her.”
This, according to Yevu, had had happened on two occasions. Yevu, who is charged with defilement and incest pleaded guilty. But just as the court was about to hand down Yevu’s sentence, his brother raised his hands saying he had sometime to say.
Yevu’s brother told the court that Yevu had confided in him that somebody had cast a spell on him and blamed his action on “juju.”
The court presided over by Mrs Justice Georgina Mensah-Datsa however sentenced Yevu to 10 years on each of the charges. The sentences would however run concurrently.
The court told Yevu that it only had power to deal with the charges brought against him adding: “You can pursue the juju case at the juju court.” Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sarah Acquah told the court that the complainant was the victim’s uncle.
Yevu is the father of the victim. Since the death of the victim’s mother, she had been living with the father at Omanjor in Accra. ASP Acquah said during October 2011, the victim was sleeping when Yevu forced her and had sex with her on two occasions.
After the acts, the victim informed her father that she had not menstruated for the past three months.
ASP Acquah said Yevu knowing very well that the victim was pregnant, gave the victim medicine to swallow and insert some of the medicine into her vagina.
Soon after inserting the medicine, the victim began to complain of abdominal pains and she was rushed to the hospital and a report was made to the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit at the Odorkor Police station.
The victim was issued with a medical form while her father was arrested by the Police and during interrogation he admitted the offence.

Felix Torgbor, the 45-year-old mason who fathered a child with his own daughter.
A 45 year old mason has been arrested in Accra for forcibly having an affair with his daughter and subsequently, having a baby with her.
“You are very stupid! Which is better? Sleeping with my daughter or running after other women who could infect me with strange diseases which I could also pass on to you?”
These are the shocking words of Felix Torgbor, a 45-year-old mason from La, who was caught by his wife having sex with his 19-year-old daughter.
Apparently, Torgbor began having sex with his daughter when she was only 16 years old; broke her virginity and subsequently had a child with her. He is now in the grips of the Odorkor Police in Accra.
Torgbor’s three-year-old sexual affair finally came to an end when his wife caught him red-handed making love to his daughter in an uncompleted building on the dawn of Saturday August 15, at Russia, a suburb of Accra.
Salamatu, Torgbor’s wife, told DAILY GUIDE that she wakes up very early in the morning, goes to work and returns at 7:00pm.
On that fateful day, she returned from visiting her sister at about 10:00pm on Friday night. She called her husband to join her watch an African movie shown on TV, but he declined and kept moving up and down.
She then began wondering what was making her husband so jittery.
According to her, the TV station closed down around 12:00 midnight, so she went to bed.
At about 12:45am, she woke up to realize that her husband and daughter were not in bed so she went out in search of them.
Salamatu indicated that her husband is putting up a building which is just a distance from the family house where they live, so she had a strong urge to go there to search for them.
When she got there, she saw that her step-daughter had laid a piece of cloth on the floor of one of the rooms and she saw a man lying on top of her.
She yelled and held unto the man only to realize it was her husband who was moaning and groaning on top of his own daughter.
Salamatu said she could not believe that this abominable act was going on right under her nose for the past three years.
When she demanded answers from her husband, he called her a stupid woman.
“You are very stupid! Which is better? Sleeping with my daughter or running after other women who could infect me with strange diseases which I could also pass on to you?” he asked, threatening to beat her up if she shouted.
Salamatu says she raised an alarm, drawing people to the scene.
Speaking to DAILY GUIDE, District Crime Officer (DCO), DSP Bafour Appenteng said the affair between father and daughter started somewhere in 2006 when she was dressing after bathing.
Narrating the sequence of events, the DCO said it started when the grandmother of the victim observed that her pubic hair had not been shaved. She questioned the teenager who replied that she was scared the razor blade might harm her.
Her grandmother, thereafter, sent her to buy a razor blade so she could shave the hair off, but by the time she got back, her grandmother was asleep.
On reaching home, her father, who was then eavesdropping on the conversation, asked what she was going to use the razor blade for.
She explained what the grandmother had said.
Torgbor then insisted on shaving his daughter’s pubic hair, in spite of her resistance.
According to the victim, her father laid her on his matrimonial bed and shaved her pubic hair after which he forcibly had sexual intercourse with her.
No amount of pleading could stop Torgbor from carrying out his intentions, and he had sex with her on the blind side of his wife, Salamatu Piaga.
The girl emerged from the room in tears and because her legs were wobbling, her aunties, who lived in the same compound house, asked what was wrong and she revealed to them that her father had just had sex with her.
According to the police, the aunties explained that at the time of the incident, the family was bereaved and so they decided to meet on the matter after the burial of their kin but later forgot all about it, and even though Salamatu was informed about the incident, she chose not to pursue it.
When she quizzed her husband about the incident, he got mad and subjected the child to severe beatings, saying that she wanted to disgrace him.
Later, when the girl turned 17, she got pregnant and left to stay with her biological mother at Osu because her father was furious, claiming his daughter had a boyfriend and subjected her to severe beatings, even though she was pregnant for him at the time.
At Osu, she reported the incident to WAJU but her mother, who did not believe her claims, abandoned the case after receiving a police medical form.
When the teenager gave birth in April last year, her stepmother, Salamatu, went for her from the Ridge Hospital where she delivered a baby girl and brought her back to her father’s house with the intention of caring for her and the baby.
The Crime Officer said when the baby was nine months old, Torgbor, who was eager to re-ignite his sexual relationship with his biological daughter, forced her to stop breast-feeding the baby, which she did.
They continued with the affair until the dawn of Saturday August 15, 2009 when Salamatu grabbed the two seriously making love.
Subsequently, Salamatu packed her belongings out of the house but did not report the matter to the police until her husband was arrested on August 18, 2009, by the Odorkor police who invited her to write her statement.
The victim, who was cuddling her daughter when she spoke to DAILY GUIDE on Thursday, confirmed that the baby, an exact replica of Torgbor, was indeed her father’s daughter.
She told DAILYGUIDE she wishes her father would be kept in jail forever.

Ho, May 13, GNA - Daniel Gadzeti, a carpenter, was sentenced to five years imprisonment by a Ho circuit court on Tuesday for being in an incestuous relationship with his 19-year-old daughter Mabel Gadzeti, a seamstress apprentice.
Mr Frank Owusu Afriyie, the presiding judge, deferred sentence on Mabel Gadzeti until after medical tests for pregnancy and sex related diseases.
Mr Afriyie described the conduct of Gadzeti, a father of four, as "very irresponsible". Deputy Superintendent of Police Kwadwo Nkansah told the court that Gadzeti, who was staying at Nkonya-Ntumda, invited his daughter who was staying with her mother at Nkonya-Tayi to come over and stay with him. He said Gadzeti the n started having sexual intercourse with his daughter. Mr Nkansah said a friend of Gadzeti once visited him and saw him (Gadzeti) and his (Gadzeti's) daughter bathing together and asked him if he was having sexual relationship with her. He said Gadzeti took offence and reported the matter to the chief of Nkonya-Ntumda who summoned the friend before the traditional court which fined him to compensate Gadzeti because the friend had no evidence to support his case. About a year later Gadzeti confessed his incestuous relationship to his uncle, a catechist, and expressed his desire to perform customary rites to marry her and make her his second wife in addition to her mother.
He said Gadzeti's uncle informed the chief of the town and Gadzeti's wife and daughter were summoned before the chief and elders of the town. A fine was imposed on Gadzeti and his daughter which they paid. He said a few days later, information about their relationship got to the police leading to their arrest.Source:

Man Jailed For Impregnating Daughter
An Accra High Court has sentenced Mr Anthony Bleworda to five (5) years imprisonment for having sex with her daughter since she was 16 years old and fathering with her five children, three of whom have since died. Mr Bleworda admitted that he had a strong urge to sleep with his own 16-year-old daughter the first day he saw her after several year’s sojourn abroad.
The daughter, identified as Matilda Bleworda, who is now in her mid twenties, is reported to have later developed mental health problems. Speaking to Peace FM and the Domestic Violence And Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU), Matilda disclosed that she willingly gave in to his father’s sexual advances the first day she saw him because her father enticed her with lots of money, but the subsequent encounters were all against her will. An earlier medical report had revealed that Matilda had indeed developed mental problems. She however stressed to Peace FM in an interview that she has now been completely cured.
She added that she did not know in the beginning that Mr. Bleworda was her real father. She believed instead that her grandfather whom she had known since her infancy was. According to her she asked the father to stop sleeping with her but he refused, claiming she was married to him by virtue of their having children together.
In an interview with Peacefmonline, the spokesperson for DOVVSU, Inspector Irene Oppong confirmed that Mr Bleworda has been sentenced for 5 years imprisonment. In answer to querries about why the seemingly minimal nature of the punishment, Inspector Oppong said the court took into account the girl’s admission that she was 16 years old when her father first slept with her and also that she consented to the act for which reason he couldn’t be charged with rape.
She explained that the stipulated sentencing range for incest for which Mr. Bleworda was found guilty is between 3 to 25 years. She explained that it took the court this long to dispose of the case because the man was having health issues midway into his prosecution. Peace FM managed to secure a major scoop and broke the scandal to a horrified country in September of last year.

A 47-year-old farmer who fathered five children with his biological daughter is in the grips of the law.
Yao Hatekah impregnated his daughter, known as Baby, when she was 11 years old and subsequently had children aged 14, 12, 3, 2 and a month-and-a-half-old with her.
Hatekah, who pleaded guilty to the charge of incest on June 20, 2012, changed his plea to not guilty when he reappeared before the Sogakope Circuit Court Wednesday.
According to him, he had one child with his daughter and was not responsible for her other children.
The court, subsequently, remanded him to reappear on July 12, 2012.
Prosecuting, Inspector Emmanuel Atsor of the Sogakope Police told the court that Hatekah began having an affair with his daughter after his wife died.
His alleged incestuous act was brought to the attention of the police by the Chief of Gonu Ashiagborkorpe, near Dabala in the South Tongu District in the Volta Region, TorgbeSekpetey II.
It said the residents of the community had known of Hatekah’s incestuous act all these years but were afraid of him because of his threat to kill anybody who dared to criticise him.**

The braveness of a 16-year-old boy (name withheld) who deliberately held onto the male organ of a paedophile for more than 30 minutes, has led to the arrest of the culprit.

For as long as the boy, a student of the New Adubease Senior High School, kept his firm grip on the manhood of 40-year-old Stephen Osei, the alleged sodomist stood still, wailing for help until neighbours rushed to the scene and rescued him.

He had succeeded in undressing the boy after giving him alcohol to get him drunk, becoming almost comatose. He had allegedly pulled out his manhood and was trying hard to penetrate the boy's backside when he regained consciousness.

Realising the intention of Stephen, the boy quickly grabbed his manhood and secured it firmly in an iron-grip until Stephen's cry for help attracted neighbours who came to rescue him from his predicament.

He was later handed over to the New Adubease police and on Friday, September 30, he was arraigned before a circuit court in Obuasi.

Stephen pleaded guilty to the charge of unnatural carnal knowledge and the court, presided over by Mr Ayisi Addo, remanded him in prison custody to reappear on November 12.

Prosecuting, Chief Inspector Mohammed Arumah, told the court that Stephen who works as a taxi-cab driver lived in the same house with the boy.

He said Stephen had been brought to the house from Accra by a woman who had rented an apartment in the boy's father's house at New Adubease.

The woman had just returned from abroad and had employed Stephen to be her driver.

On September 23, the prosecutor said Stephen lured the boy into his room by offering him an alcoholic beverage to drink which he claimed was made abroad and that no drink could be compared to it.

The boy took the drink and became drunk and Stephen took advantage and undressed him while he slept on his bed.

The court heard that Stephen removed his manhood and was in the process of penetrating him when the boy regained consciousness and fiercely held onto his manhood until his arrest.

Kwabena Dankwah, 22, had pleaded guilty to the crime. Police Sergeant Emmanuel Gavi told the court that both the convict and the victim lived at Yaw Barimah, a farming community near Obogu in the Asante-Akim South District.

On Saturday, November 10, at about 1430 hours, Dankwah lured the unsuspecting victim to a cocoa farm and there, sexually abused her.

The shrill cry of the young girl, who could not endure the pain, attracted another farmer, Kofi Kissi to the scene, where he saw the convict right in the act.

He made a report to the chairman of the unit committee, leading to his arrest and handing over to the police at Obogu.

The high-pitched bleat of the sheep at about 1700 hours on Thursday attracted the attention of a resident farmer who caught the evangelist, Gordon Yeboah, having sexual intercourse with the sheep tied to a tree.

Inspector Kofi Aboagye of the Abesim Police station at confirmed the arrest to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) on Friday.

He said the Police had sent the animal to the Veterinary Services Department in Sunyani to ascertain the truth of the matter.

Narrating the strange incident to the GNA, Mr. Hayford Kumah, Assembly Member for Abesim-Nkrankwanta electoral area, said Yeboah was a well known evangelist and leader of a prayer group in the area.

He said the farmer was returning from his farm when he caught the evangelist half naked and in the act with the sheep.

The Assembly Member said Yeboah then pleaded with the farmer not to tell anybody but he (farmer) managed to overpower him.

The farmer then untied the sheep and marched Yeboah to the town square, where the owner of the sheep identified it while some residents took Yeboah and the sheep to the Police station.

When the GNA went to the Police station, the sheep was tied to a tree whilst a large crowd had gathered there to catch a glimpse of the alleged zoophilic evangelist.

That means, if your country laws say that you can't perform your professional duties or vote as a convicted felon, you get all those rights back after a pardon by the president. All his siblings were/are highly educated. I have many PhD holders within my family. My late uncle, last Adako-Jachiehene, was the former managing director of Ghana telecom. One of my uncles was the first black african opening a pharmacy store in the USA. One of my cousins is even working at the bank of England. Most of my friends are highly educated and in high ranking working positions. Most rulers in Asante like Mamponhene, Juabenhene, New Juabenhene, Asokorehene etc. are all highly educated. By the way, it was the Akyempemhene (son of the Asantehene) helping you to write your constitution. Better advise your illiterate Ewe folks to take education more seriously.

Anyway,looking at social formation and organisation, our so-called illiterate ancestors were far more advanced than our current generation, which prides itself on having gone through degrees of Western education. They put in place beautiful city states alligned with multiple storey buildings to the left and right, a highly sophisticated administration and so on. Go and read reports by early europeans visiting Asante. They clearly stated, they came across one of the most civilized and developed areas on the continent, a highly sophistated developed government with a complex system of checks and balances.

Since Nana and his legal disciples have adamantly refused to listen to the voice of God, the noise of court is what they will get.
With Tsatsu now on board, Nana Addo and his legal disciples are going to be ‘out-doored’ as the most ignorant and half baked lawyers of the 21st century Ghana and the world have ever recorded.
Immediately preceding the ‘out-dooring’ ceremony would be a ‘burial’ ceremony for the careers of these lawyers. Indeed, everything has its end, but for some of them a miserable and disgraceful end.
I believe the Supreme Court Judges would not want these myopic lawyers to taint their image or subject them to legal ridicule as some of them where once bitten by the legal claws of Tsatsu, and more importantly have immensely benefited from Tsatsu’s legal lessons at one point or the other in their legislative journey.
Disgrace beckons these half-baked lawyers who adamantly refused counsel from experts of the law, the clergy and even some of their own level headed colleagues, patrons and well wishers in the party.
I strongly believe that Tsatsu would never elect to defend a case knowing truly he will fail / lose; step most renowned lawyers take. But Nana Addo and his half baked disciple in law are either blind to read between the lines or just putting up a face saving act to appease their blind followers or those who financially sponsored them. Please don’t get me wrong, not all NPP supporters or lawyers have the same trait Nana and his disciples in law have; there are few good ones.
Well, Tsatsu, Lithur, Ayine and Dadzie let the action begin, for whoever does not listen to the voice of the people, surely listens to the noise of evil.

Election fraud is a serious matter and he shouldn't try to annoy Ghanaians with any bogus claims as he did before.

The EC has colluded with NDC to steal the ballot. What's the nonesense going on that nothing of that sort actually happened. With all the evidence captured in tapes recordings by Boateng-Gyan and his NDC scouts, as well as Koku Anyidoho's public statements ect, at least Ghanaians had a foretaste of what was about to happen. It is obvious that the NDC planned about rigging this elections many months before the elections?

The NDC believe that Tsatsu Tsikata, a convicted criminal, felon and a clever thief who through dubiuos schemes, stole Ghana's money during our Oil search will use his clever court tacticts to save them from disgrace. Everyday, Ghanaians wake up to interesting news in this Supreme Court case. It's not clear what the NDC is really up to; do they take Ghanaians for fools or they think they can outwit the justice system. Well, nobody can tell. It's as if our noble Justices are dummies who don't know the law. They're normal human beings and have ears and eyes just like every Ghanaian.

Right now, nobody can make any noise! Ghanaians and the rest of the world are eagerly waiting for the start of court proceedings. If the NPP don't have any evidence or if there's poor arithmetic we'll soon know.

1. The NDC "lead council" himself, Tsatsu Tsikata said he hadn't caused Financial Lose. The courts said otherwise; he went to jail!!

2. The NDC, Chris Akume and others said Woyome had duly earned a judgement debt; the courts said otherwise. Woyome was a theif who had defrauded the state in collusion with staff of the Ministry of Finance. He is waiting for jail, that will happen!

3. How does the NDC hope to defend that fact multiple poling stations had the same serial numbers while each station is supposed to have a unique ID on their returns forms? This alone constitutes fraud comparable to treason?

The NDC are failing to see that, if proven that the EC had indeed actively colluded in scheming to rig the elections, the crime is the same as a coup plot to install a government illegally!

The incoming case is not about winners and looser. If the NPP lose, no big deal, they will lick their wounds and go home. However, if the opposite is the case; people in the NDC and EC will be looking at crime that has death sentences as a prescription per the constitution; enemies of the state it's called!

The Turkish aircraft had landed in Istanbul's Atatürk Airport on January 1 to refuel and change personnel, Turkey’s Hurriet dailynews reported on Sunday.

The starting point and the destination of the plane is not clear yet but the report said it may have departed from Algeria and was headed for another country.

The aircraft has reportedly been locked up and sealed for security reasons.

1) Tsatsu Tsikata refused the pardon of J.A Kuffuor and went ahead to fight his case, is that the action of a thief or a man convinced of his innocence??? after all a theif would take the easy way out.
2) Why was Tsatsu Tsikata pardoned by the same man who imprisoned him???? why did J.A Kuffuor pardon him after spending all those years,state resources and destroying peoples lives?? Why? unless the government of the day knew their case was weak and manipulated? or was the president then being a nice guy?
