NPP have always claimed to be the brains in Ghana and are entitled to rule. Their arrigance and their appendage media houses do not publish what NDC readers write but confine all to the dustbin. But Ghanaweb publishes every Ghanaians view unlike Peacefm and Multimedia Group. This has given their supporters the false hope that the party was going to win the elections. It is only the poor sighted NPP that suffers because they dislike any criticism but are quick to insult anyone who disagrees with them. But the pain of the sound beating at the polls on 7th December, 2012 is so heavy to bear and they will only accept the reality after the supreme courts verdict.

The gracing of the investiture of President JDM by the diplomatic community and other foreign dignitaries does not in anyway affect the chances of any of the parties in the election dispute before the SC. The Constitution is clear, for the interim, and until the SC decides otherwise, JDM is the president of the Republic. The attendance of the ceremony by foreign dignitaries does not, ex post facto,validate or invalidate the elections. Again, it ought to be made clear thatthe determination of the suit before the SC is not going to be based on the potential effect the verdict will have on the country, but purely on relevant evidence and law, otherwise article 64 of the constitution will be superflous. That article anticipates the possibility of the results of the election being declared invalid, damn the consequences.
