  Need Nana Ato Dadzie be told that the illegal Afari-Gyan headed EC, whose members were solely selected by the ndc have no right to select the president of Ghana ?
  
  And need Ato Dadzie be told that his fellow NDC members who drafted the constitution knew Ghanaians will one day catch them in the act of stealing the will of the people, hence the decision to include Article 64, section 1 of the constitution which reads:
  
  " The validity of the election of the President may be challenged only by a citizen of Ghana who may present a petition for the purpose to the Supreme Court within twenty-one days after the declaration of the result of the election in respect of which the petition is presented." ?

  They are not like the NDC who will chose any one to pretend they are not tribal, regardless of whether the person has no leadership qualities. All NDC is concerned about is winning elections so they can have access to the resources of the country. They don't care about development at all.
  
  Just compare the trend of voting in Volta and Ashanti region and judge which one is the most tribal party.

He threated to turn Ghana into Kenya if elections were rigged in favour of the NPP.

  There are institutions of state and these institutions have been empowered by the constitution to play specific roles.The EC is the only institution with the power under the constitution to hold elections and to declare results.The same constitution empowers the SC to resolve electoral disputes including what you term fraud.Until the judicial institution declares otherwise president Mahama remains the substantive president and ndoum is saying that must be respected.Prima facie means on the face of it and the ec's declaration is evidence enough at least for now.

  I watched the colourful ceremony on joy online and the panellist were just pathetic.It was a one sided condemnation of everything that took place there.The speech,the message,and even how he addressed the dignitaries.Without knowing what the agreed protocol,they even thought it was a blunder not to acknowledge the foreign head of states and dignitaries by name not withstanding what took later with the foreign dignitaries being accorded their special place.The monitor had to play the role to balance the one sided discussion by mentioning some good things which took place and in the ceremony and the president's address.A political science lecturer on the program was even more confusing.He said there was a vacuum from midnight until the swearing in and therefore the speaker was the interim president until the president was sworn in.Joy news is a trusted station and they must therefore make all efforts to get a balance panel on these very important occasions.

  Nana Bawuah, I am really surprised at some Ghanaians and their hatred for the Akans especially Ashantis, what amazes me is that they rather turn around and call Ashantis trbalistic. I bet I have never witnessed so much tribalism than this before.

  Mr Oware,you see, by your statement,you have executed yourself to say that NPP is not sabotaging president Mahama,NPP executive decided to boycott the ceremony and you are aware that the case is before the supreme court so what is your fear not to attend the inagural ceremony?It means you still don't have confidence in the law systems in ghana and for that matter the supreme court which is supreme justice of the land and the final judgment authority of the country, sorry to say that NPP had already shown its true colours for the people to know,come 2016 NPP's downfall and its impact can be heard across the atlantic and beyond.
