development minded persons couple with all that it takes to actualize the agender of H.E.JM and the party.
2.The appointment should aim at solidifying the party and not dividing the party: "A divided party can not stand upright".

The President has good plans for Ghana, and I suggest that any appointment should have a term limit of NOT more than two years, and SUBJECT to review for the second year. This way, no political opponent can full around.

I think the decision of president Mahama to appoint very competent people to deliver effectively is loudable and my friends in the NDC should encourage it because this is going to bring not only achieving better Ghana agenda in the manifesto but also to win 2016 election. It is one thing campaining for your candidate to win and another thing delivering on promises made during the campain. Let us open our tentacles wider accross board. When you look at the US system where we always compare ourself to,
we have millions of OBAMA serogate
but we do not see them crying for jobs in the government when they do not have the requisite skill, expertise, dinamisim and qualification. My noble comerads in the NDC let us leave the President to do just what will be good for the country and let us be happy that our party is in power that alone is more satisfying than any other thing. For wherether we are in power or not we all have our individual jobs that we do. Coming to power should not be taken as luxirous but opportunity to show empathy to the people of Ghana. Let us not behave like the NPP people who think coming to power is to amass wealth. God bless NDC, God bless Mother Ghana.
