Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata should be told that electoral fraud is a serious matter and he cannot use any bogus tactics as he did when he appeared before our courts on corruption charges back then.

Ghanaians and the rest of the world are eagerly waiting for the final verdict by the Supreme Court and there will be no room for any delays and adjournments here and there, as usually hass been his plans.

We pray that the Supreme Court would also be fair in it's hearing by appointing a competent and totally neutral panel of justices---not the biased pro-NDC justices who'll whole-heartedly and truly uphold the law make a sound ruling without fear or favour.

It's time we removed all forms of corruption, thievery and deception from our entire electoral system. The process where the EC would fabricate and falsify ballot count shouuld not be encouraged, else there'll be no need to go to the polls to elect the nation's leaders.

The NPP is not asking for any biased ruling in their favour; eletion fraud is criminal and it's time the Supreme Court told Ghanaians the kind of punishment deserved by its culprits. Ghana is poised to achieve greatness and our Justices would be doing a great honour to our dear country if they ruled rightly on the case before it.

May God bless our homeland Ghana. Amen!

If on the other had, evidence shows of electoral fraud cook by EC & Co., justice must prevail. This is sensitive and a big test case for our Supreme Court Justices and we should pray for them.

I use this media for education as well as for entertainment, and I guess other young ones do as well. I would suggest that attention should be paid to the use of the proper words and grammer for those of us who did not have the chance to learn from Ogundipe's series of books.

We may have to rely on international judges as the judiciary is rottenly corrupt. Look at what happened to the Argentine vessel at the International Tribunal. How drunk were the Ghanaian judges to have ordered the ship to be detained against all odds. NO RESPECT FOR SUCH JUDICIAL DESPOTS. NO WONDER J.J. RAWLINGS SET UP TRIBUNALS.

According to Owusu Afriye,"everybody",and I frankly do not know who he is talking about here,knew the CJ had opted to step aside because she 'attends' the same church with John Mahama, the President. Armed withis info,Nii Titus Glover was able to determine that Justice Atuguba,being the next in line would chair the panel, and therefore stood on the floor of the legislature that the Justice be removed from sitting on this case 24 hours ahead of this morning`s hearing!
How did this new NPP MP for Tema East learn about Justice Atuguba`s membership on the panel? So how come he did not know and then call for the exclusion of Js. Sophia Akuffo,the NPP`s lead counsel`s aunt? What about Justices Baffoe Bonnie(Sir John`s bossom buddy)and Anning Yeboah(Mr. Kuffour`s nephew)? There are others one can legitimately raise serious question marks about on this panel.
No wonder the NPP was pushing for the Pres to give a prior public undertaking of some sort to abide by the SC`s ruling;but just look at the turn of events now.
I do not think one would be over-stretching the point that the NPP is looking for a "slam dunk" verdict in its petition, and see Js Atuguba as the main obstacle to achieving this objective! But as we can all see, the party has shot itself in the foot by causing all the hitherto hiidden 'secrets' about some of these justices to come to the public`s attention. And if the NDC were to emplot similar tactic,where would we,as a country, be going with this case?
