  However, we were shocked to know that Gabby Otchere Darko's love for dog meat far exceeds everything in this world! He had a bitter quarrel with his wife last weekend because she did not serve him with the expected number of dog meat pieces. And she blamed it on the house maid.

  How the hell do the average people in the regions know the following about these ministers and MPs?
  
  1) Their names?
  
  2) What ministries or regions they head;
  
  3) What GOALS were set up for them from the beginning of the year and how much of those were accomplished?
  
  Seriously, even those of us who follow Ghanaian politics CAN'T tell which minister or MP did well or failed the grade. Therefore, I conclude that "eventhough FAKS has some good idea on measuring performance, they arrived at VERY BAD and suspicious conclusions. The reported results were their own and not a reflection of the average Ghanaian on the street.
  
  Objective results would be by "well informed people following the work/s that these ministers and MPs do on regular basis and measuring outputs against set up goals to determine effectiveness.” So, how many people in the survey in Sunyani, Ho, Koforidua, etc ., know the names like ”Hajia Mary Salifu Boforo or Alban Sumani Bagbin to tell us of their effectiveness or lack of in office?”

  this time let all this ministers send in their visions and plans, and at the end tou march amd mark them one by one and see if who was able to acomplished his before you accord such an honor.
  I believe every person at the parliament should have a vision, plan to work upon.
  these guys supossed to be able to make descisions work. able to lead and deliver, the sould be people with good sence of mind set for the nations, not only think and look for themseves or be selfish.the should be people with mamagerial caperbilities, people who can enhance copetative advantages to move the country forward not backwards. people who are prepared to continue from where some body left without thinking ill or fear of continuity.

  At least the Minister of MOFA was not mentioned amongst the best. We are suing him regarding the US$100 million Credit Fund we have offered the government to enable Ghana to phase out chemical agriculture.
  
  The people of Ghana would have benefited regarding health, a lower cost of living, higher quality and much lower cost of food production, chemical-free food, etc., but he decided for unknown personal reasons that he would not like to phase out chemical agriculture after all, and that he would prefer Ghanaians and the country to continue to be ravaged by toxic chemical agriculture.
  
  The US$100 million Credit Fund was even approved and included in the National Budget in 2012 after the government saw the results of many local field tests, and they even sent officials to Thailand to inspect the company and meet Thai farmers. The videos of their visit are on our website. Everything was ready for the contract signing, but he was unable to find the time" to sign the contract during the year.
  
  I hope that this is picked up by Ghanaweb and that it hits the national news soon as Ghana deserves better. Ghanaian farmers could have phased out harmful chemical agriculture over 3 years with much higher crop yields for much lower costs. Ghana would have become the leader in Africa in a new direction of agriculture. Another Minister is being sued for his part.

  The results of this research can't be taken to represent the opinion of the whole population.
  Sample was taken from over 2000 Ghanaians,but what sampling technique was used so as to make it a representative of the population? The findings from this research is biased. This is because,considering the population of over 20 million people in Ghana,the sample size is too small as to enable inferences drawn from the population.The mere fact that no sampling technique was used invalidate the results and make the findings unreliable.
