Mind you there are powerful Ashantis and Akyems in the NDC Party and I believe at the end of the appointments there will be Ashantis and Akyems among the Ministers of John Mahama's Government.NDC is embodying all tribes and John Dramani Mahama is not as arrogant as ex President Kufuor who crowed at the beginning of his ministry that there was no one in the whole of Upper West with the calibre of his ministers.And true to his word, that region was neglected in all things throughout his 8 year misrule of Ghana

When did he become arrogant?

I am not surprised as Ashantis are considered by some tribes as shoe- shine boys(SSB), tribalistic and arrogant.

Personally, i see nothing wrong of being a shoe-shine boy(SSB)in an elementary school if that was the way to get some few cedis to purchase school uniform and shoes or supplement what could be obtained from the poor parent.
Mind you some of us are from poor family but we have managed to move up.

Coming back to the issue of arrogance,
I hope you are not wishing he (ex-President Kuffour) could have been your father.
