Justice Atuguba is a Supreme Court judge period. You cannot pick and choose who seats on a case. That is why there are 13 Supreme court judges and they all have one vote to decide in whose favour judgement should be given.

Most of these judges were appointed by the NPP when they were in power and some of them are related to or are very close to Kuffour and Akuffo Addo.
If anybody has to be complaining, it has to be the NDC and not the NPP.
The NPP cannot continue with their shenanigans.
They are taking their members and in fact all Ghanaians as fools but no ,Ghanaians are not that ignorant.
They wanted the whole case to be broadcasted live but as soon as they realise they have a problem, they decide to have certain issues heard in camera.
They continue to show how ignorant and stupid they all are.
These educated fools should stop the shenanigans now. It's pathetic, riddled with desperation and driving nails in the NPP's coffin.
Ghana needs a credible party to be in opposition and from what we see so far, the NPP is currently not that one until they get rid of all these ignorant 'chew and pour' graduates.
It’s about time the clever one in the NPP stood up against Nana Akuffo Addo and his mob, who are slowly killing the NPP ,embarrassing their members who voted for them and indeed our dear country.
Ghanaians do not want the NDC to have a field day in the parliament and indeed the next election.

A dog in Ghana walks into a butcher shop, spends a number of minutes looking at the meat on display, and eventually indicates with a nod of his head and a bark that he would like some lamb chops.

The butcher, thinking the dog would know no better, picks up the lowest quality chops in the shop.

The dog barks furiously and continues to bark until the butcher selects the finest chops from the display counter.

The butcher weighs the meat and asks the dog for $5.90. Again, the dog barks furiously until the butcher reduces the bill to the correct price of $3.60.

The dog hands over a five dollar note and the butcher gives him 40 cents in change. Once again, the dog barks continuously until the butcher tenders the correct change. The dog then picks up his package and leaves the shop.

Now, the butcher is extremely impressed and decides that he would like to own a dog so clever. He shuts up shop and follows the dog to see where it goes.
After ten minutes or so, the dog climbs the steps to a house. When it gets to the top, it shakes its head as though in frustration, gently places the package of meat on the floor and, standing on its hind legs, rings the doorbell.

A man opens the door and starts to yell obscenities at the dog. As he does so, the horrified butcher leaps up the steps and begs the man to stop. "It's such an intelligent dog," he says, "surely it doesn't deserve this kind of treatment."

He then went on to explain how the dog had procured the best lamb chops in the shop, insisted on paying the advertised price and quibbled over incorrect change!

The man looked at the butcher and said, "Intelligent he may be, but this is the third time this week he's forgotten his keys"

What NPP wanted to do has already been accomplished. The action of NPP has sent a strong message to that particular justice that, this is a case so serious that no one can toy with, no one can play any tribal, family, or party card. Already that justice will be very careful in his actions as far as the judgment of the case is concerned. It is not that they have made a u-turn, but it's a tactice that is played by attorneys that I only knows about. This case will be superb. No one can hide behind anything.

The relevance of the Supreme Court will be at stake if judgement, based on verifiable evidence, is not given. This case is crucial to the survival of Ghana as a stable nation. It is important that the election results make mathematical and logical sense to justify the heavy investmnet in the biometric equipment. The Constitution provided for the inauguration of the successful candidate identified by the EC; the same Constitution also provided for petitioning against perceived fraudulent results and and also prescribed remedies. Fanatical NPP and NDC Ghanaians should cool down and allow the Supreme Court to determine the case. We should allow the Constitution to work for Ghana, so we can continue to enjoy the peace. Africa already has too many countries torn in conflict; let us avoid another with the associated poverty and deprivation and hunam suffering.
