Those of us who defended Coach Appiah when he was chosen and also defended him for instilling discipline by not surrounding the team to one Player who wanted to set his own rules will be vindicated.

In a team game with 11 players on the field, one player alone cannot win a game especially if he is an undisciplined Player.

With Ghanaians backing and praying for Coach Appiah, we can overcome all our ad adversaries.

Micheal Jordan, the greatest basketball Player even in a five man team could not win the championship until they got Scottie Pippin and Dennis Riemann as sidekicks.

Argentina with even arguably the greatest Player to kick the roundball, MessI could not take Argentina to the knockout stages of the last world cup despite players like Tevez and others backing him because of undisciplined Players. It's not like the guy had no tangible reason for not showing up on the Monday, He told AA he was going to see his Doctor, and he was going to arrive on Tuesday. If AA wanted him to be part of the team, he would have accepted his reason to see his doctor and use the doctor's report to determine whether he is fit to play or not. Obviously the doctor declared him fit, that is why he is already training with his team. For those of you saying he is indisciplined what is indiscipline about he checking with his doctor before joining the team. Is it because he does not trust our medical team that makes him indisciplined? You said messi is humble and Dede is not right? Jordan has been given many chances by Appiah and he has failed to impress. Now people like you have been talking about Jordan's impressive form this season. What is so impressive about a striker scoring four goals in 17 matches? Jordan was rightly excluded.

As for DEDE, he is a great Player but muddy. He just did not want to play in the AFCON because his brother was not invited. He was given an extension to report on Monday but told the Coach he cannot report on Monday either because of his Doctors appointment and wanted to report on Wednesday the 9th the same day Coach Appiah was expected to give his final 23 members name to AFCON officials. The same DEDE who could not report on Monday because of Doctors appointment flew to Morocco to join his Marseilles teammates on the same Monday he could not report to Blackstars camp. The Coach is right. We want a united team and not one with undisciplined Players that will bring confusion to the team. Ghana can play any competition without the AYEWS and wish they change their bad and disrespectful attitudes or they should not be invited to the team again.

Ayew axed from Ghana squad

Andre Ayew has been dropped from Ghana's 2013 Africa Cup of Nations squad for failing to attend a meeting to assess his injury.

The 23-year-old sustained a thigh problem during training with French club Marseille last week.

He was due to join up with the Ghana squad on Monday but has since been axed due to his 'inability to join the Black Stars squad by Monday morning'.

According to a statement from coach Kwesi Appiah, the left-footed player was scheduled to arrive in Ghana's camp in Abu Dhabi for the team doctors to assess the extent of his injury and fitness for the tournament.

"I have decided to work only with the players currently in camp," Appiah said in the statement.

"All the players were given the deadline of Saturday to report to camp in Abu Dhabi unfortunately Andre did not turn up despite being released by his club and air tickets provided by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for him to travel from France to beat the deadline.

"As he did not turn up by Saturday night, I ordered for him to be contacted over his absence, but he said he could not depart from France because he was seeing his doctors."

The uncertainty over Ayew's fitness started when the GFA received a letter from the French Ligue 1 outfit saying that he suffered a hamstring injury, so could not meet the GFA deadline of Saturday January 5, 2013 for reporting to camp in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The club wrote back to the GFA confirming they had released the player to join the Black Stars at their camp in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.

Appiah added: "Unfortunately, Andre failed to report to camp and indicated that owing to the treatment he was receiving from his doctor, he would report to camp on Wednesday January 9, 2013.

"He was further advised to endeavour to report to the camp by latest Monday January 7, 2013 because Wednesday January 9, 2013 was the deadline for submission of the list of 23 players to (Confederation of African football), Caf.

"As Andre plans to arrive on Tuesday, it means he would be unable to join any of my six training sessions before Caf's Wednesday deadline for the submission of the final squad.

He continued: "In line with my vision of taking only fit players for the Africa Cup of Nations, I have decided that to work only with the players currently in camp.

"I have personally explained the rationale behind the decision to Andre and I will continue to count on him in future matches if he is fit."

Ayew has 44 caps for Ghana.

The Africa Cup of Nations begins in South Africa on January 19.

But let's take your Wednesday argument for example, If Dede would be arriving on Wednesday, it means he would have known the results of his medical examination before joining the team on the Wednesday deadline. And the results, whether he can play or not, could have been communicated between him and Appiah, just as Sammy Kuffour also mentioned. But Appiah decided to ax him instead. If he wanted to keep him in the team, it’s as easy as ABCD. Secondly, you accuse me of blaming Ashantis for Ayews not playing in the AFCON. Where in my comments did I make such as claim? Every team that wants to achieve good success have to analyse every game to correct problems. Though we won this friendly, there was a possible defensive mishap or leakage. We can't say that we've won so let's forget about whatever happened. What if we encounter the same problem in another game? The 2 we gave was a gift and so is the 4 Tunisia gave but in soccer, if you want to have a winning attitude, you don't give gifts. We need to check what was the cause and correct it. It's very important.

Their recovery will show the character of the team they added....I was therefore surprised that Ghana won by 4-2 knowing how strong the Tunisians are. First of all, you tend to read my comments wrongly. Where did I mention the coach's confidence? Please go back to my comments and read them again. In case you missed it, I haven't been mentioning the coach's confidence by mine in him. Do you understand now, Mr. N? I don't have full confidence in the coach doesn't mean you shouldn't or the coach shouldn't have confidence in himself. Do you get that? Please know how you could distinguish between the two. Thank you!

Who told you we won that match? August 15th, 2012, Ghana vs. China ended up 1-1, go and double check for you need help when it comes to facts. Do you know what happened in that game? The coach was standing at a corner in the reserve players booth and wasn't showing any action indicating he was directing the players to win that game. We were down by one through an unfortunate penalty, but came back to equalize it. After our goal, our players relaxed as if they were winning.

Besides, my first comment was "Our Black Stars were not that strong." Go back and check and stop that thing you always doing in here. Find someone who cares not about facts to play that game with, not me. The team didn't play well that day and yes, I said it, the TEAM including the coach. Therefore don't tell me I find everything wrong with the coach. If I don't have confidence in the coach, it is up to me to access the coach and begin to trust him. If that test I set for the coach in order for me to trust his leadership has not been accomplished, do you want me to force myself to have confidence in him? It doesn't work like that.

You having confidence in him shouldn't change mine in him. Do You Get That? for you to learn to respect views about MRAA.

That was the WC qualification match against Zambia, which we lost 0-1. My next test for him is to defeat both Congo DR, LeRoy's team, and Mali, a team that defeated us to capture the third position prize during 2012 AFCON . I know our second group stage match would be a piece of cake. The third match, the Mali encounter, is what I'm worrying about.

Moreover, these matches are friendly matches. The real deal is coming and hope we play better than these ones.

Ghana has raised Abedi and his family to the highest level and now they arrogant that nobody not even the Coach, Minister of Sports nor the President can tell them what to do in terms sports discipline. They have even forgotten that it was Ghana .coaches,one of them was this same coach (kwasi Appiah) that have them what they are today. I don't think this kind of indiscipline attitude is what they are exhibiting in their clubs in their clubs in Europe. If not, then why are they behaving like they are not Ghanaians. Let me advise them, if they have forgotten or of their indiscipline father is not giving them good advice. Their Contract are renewed from time to time pending on how much good shape or form and discipline the most significant word in modern soccer. I don't think top Stars Brazil, Germany, Ivory Coast, and many top.players in African Countries behave that way because they have their country at heart and ready to deliver whenever they are called which gives them more advantage for their discipline to their countries. Let them bear in mind that it's this same Country that hold the key to their success and were on Contract as Ghana"s ambassador with Ghana Passport
At the end of the day, it is Ghana's Passport that will take them home. Let Ayew know that the Country Ghana have seen quality players trillion times better than him. It's not like the guy had no tangible reason for not showing up on the Monday, He told AA he was going to see his Doctor, and he was going to arrive on Tuesday. What is wrong with that? If AA wanted him to be part of the team, he would have accepted his reason to see his doctor and used the doctor's report to determine whether he is fit to play or not, but he decided to drop him. Obviously the doctor declared him fit, that is why he is already playing with his team. I believe if Drogba wanted to check with his doctor before joining his team, his couch would accept it. He was the first ever to introduce Colt football to Ghana? He and King Harrison were the first to introduce the national league system as we know today to Ghana? Did Ohene Djan do more to Accra soccer than J.T.O. Ankrah (father of Roy Ankrah) or T.F Bruce-Tagoe, C.B Nettey, the list can go on and on.
5. Baba Yara was arguably the best player ever for Kotoko and yes his name warrants the Kumasi Sports Stadium. Robert Mensah was the best player for Dwarfs, so his name also warrants the Cape Coast Stadium, so was Aggrey-Fynn, did Ohene Djan play for Hearts of Oak or any Accra team? A team which arguably has done more good to Gold Coast and Ghana soccer than Kotoko and the rest of the teams in Ghana put together does not have anything to show for? Why do I say so, I say so because, it was through Hearts of Oak, that Accra Standfast was born, and through Standfast, we had Accra Great Olympics. It was through Hearts of Oak that Cape Coast Dwarfs was born (it was first called Accra Dwarfs
Before they move to cape Coast) It was through Hearts of Oak that Sekondi Hassacas was born. (You don’t know that, neither was Kuffour) It was even through Hearts of Oak that Asante Kotoko even came to been, (see you don't know all that! challenge me and I will teach you ( Openene Kwadwo, findout about him,(Kumasi Rainbow, to Mighty Atoms, to Ashanti United, to Ashanti Kotoko, check Kotoko Saga read it!) So there is no player in Hearts of Oak, not even the great Briandt or even C.K Gyamfi who can warrant the Accra Sports Stadium name than Ohene Djan who clearly stole two national leagues (1963-64, 1964-65, 1968 abridged league champions) and gave it to Kotoko (that is also a fact! And you don’t know)

To make matters worse, we have the former chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko (Former President Kuffour) dictating to the people of Accra what their beloved Accra Sports Stadium should be called without even consulting, the chiefs, the AMA and Hearts of Oak, who has done so much to help not only Accra soccer, but to the betterment of Ghana soccer; and here some ignorant people sit here to say Ohene Djan name was changed because the Gas don't like Asantes or Akans? Know a little history of Ghana before you come out to say what you don’t know. The people of Accra will never accept the Accra Sports Stadium being name after Ohene Djan while equally or even more achieving personalities sit by. What did even Baba Yara achieve in Ghana soccer that Addo Odametey did not achieve? How many times did Baba Yara captain the Black Stars or Kotoko? How many times did Addo Odametey captain the Black Stars or Hearts of Oak? What about C.K. Gyamfi? Do you know his history in Ghana soccer? Please! You young men should learn and this tribal hate should stop. Gas and Akans have lived peaceful in Ghana for a long time until the advent of Mr. Kuffour who felt he has gotten power so he is now the champion of the Akans and can do whatever he wants. Gas for so long have been abuse, called all sort of names and now you have the infantry to call them (inward looking)? Do you know what you are talking about? You talk about people who have open their homes, lands and have their greatest saying “Ablekuma Aba Kuma wo) meaning all other tribes are welcome to their lands and to live in peace. I went to ust (Tech) in Ashanti and played for White Eagles and a little with King Faisal! i was in Kumasi without knowing anything about the twi, but all my best freinds who guided me (and of course I was also their hero and they were my fans) were Ashantis/Akans... I mean Nana Sei was my TA when I was first year student(He was doing his post graduate), Foyoo an Akan living in James Town and great mathematician behaves like, and is proud to be linked with Chorkor lifestyle, Edusei Poku was then a third-year chemical engineering student and was like a senior brother to me... my poor ga parents sat in accra not knowing what was going on as these and many guys lived with me like a family...
