Elections are principally won at the polls but figures could be well manipulated in favour of a corrupt incumbent who could bribe his ways through as seen here in Ghana where state institutions were used in favour of the criminally NDC government to retain power.

I know NDC will do everything and anything to win elections. I was a polling officer who represented the NDC but I supported NPP. I know how we were taught to rig elections in 2000. I am not surprised about what happened 2012 ...
