Why are we still worrying ourselves when Akuffo Addo is only using the court to buy time to stop Alan Kyeremanteng from taking over with his new management?

I will hold my breath because most reports from this paper turn out to be false.

It is possible for more than 50.7% of the Ghanaian public to believe that Mahama won the presidential election despite the fact that he got 50.7% of the valid votes. Remember that the survey covered a sample of Ghanaians and not only those whose votes were valid. They included those who did not vote as well as those who did not even register to vote. Even within those who voted or cast valid votes there would be independents who did vote for Akufo Addo and believe that Mahama genuinely won as well as even some NPP supporters and followers who may give the President the benefit of the doubt. Finally, there are Ghanaians who voted for the other candidates who believe that Mahama won. Therefore, it is highly probable for more people than the total valid votes Mahama secured at the election to believe that he won the election.

This is what happens when you have as president people who devoted all their youthful days sleeping with people's wives. The constitution of Ghana gives individuals the right to go to court to challenge election results because the framers of the constitution knew that there will come a time like 2012 where self-seeking, tribalistic womanizer John mahama will steal the votes of Ghanaians and because Ghana does not want war, they provided individuals cheated in elections to go court and that is exactly what Nana Addo has done. JM should educate himself and learn from good lawyers but not the corrupt ones like Victor Adawudu who will exchange students evidence with money. Why, don't we know who is behind this useless group?

Akufo Addo's NPP had already made up their mind to protest the results once it was not in their favour.
When they realised they lost, they asked the EC to delay the declaration of the results for them to submit evidence of cheating but they failed to produce any evidence within any reasonable time. The EC then went ahead and declared the results.
It took almost 3 weeks for them to compile those concocted figures they are calling "water-tight evidence".
Now that the SC was about to go into the case, they introduced an unnecessary delay just to let the case drag on. What has changed that, at one instant, they could find reason to object to the composition of the panel of judges of the SC only for them to withdraw the objection in another instant.
The aim of Akufo-Addo-led NPP is not to reverse the EC's declaration because they know that is the truth. What they aim to achieve is to continue to be in charge of NPP. For as long as the case at the EC drags on, Akufo Addo and the current party executives continue to be in charge of the NPP.
Interestingly, whether the case delays or not, it has no effect on President Mahama, his government and NDC.
The President has already received his mandate to rule for the next 4 years and he is obviously the NDC presidential candidate for the 2016 elections. It is rather the NPP that is going to be ruined by this case which will eventually be dismissed by the SC for lack of merit. That is why it is difficult to understand why the wise men in NPP are all quiet allowing Akufo Addo to destroy their party.
