The African opposition will never accept they lost an election, even in the freest and fairest election Ghana (and indeed Africa) has ever witnessed. Of course cheating must be condemned and resisted. But to abuse the legal process, as Nana Addo is doing, is most unfortunate.
Nana has vowed to win at all cost, so having lost at the polls he is resorting to the provision in the law that any citizen can appeal against the results. He is therefore assembling all sorts of lies in the name of evidence and thinks he can influence who constitutes the panel of judges of the Supreme Court who can somehow pronounce him president. Yes, he must win at all cost! The main preoccupation now is how to ensure that only judges favourable to the NPP are empanelled to whitewash any lies packaged as evidence. To achieve this the NPP must impugn those judges they think will not endorse this manoeuvre so that eventually they have a favourable panel.
Having taken part in the election, I am too shocked at the cooked up allegations from Nana. How can everyone, including returning officers, polling agents, local and international observers, journalists etc all collude and conspire to cheat the NPP? This is a preposterous supposition and anyone who believes the NPP's allegations will believe anything.
Nana Addo is simply a very sore loser who must do anything to discredit his opponent's victory.

Motions for recusals based on a perceived judicial bias, impartiality or a conflict of interest is a standard legal procedural and not unusual as is being portrayed by the bought and paid for press and NDC political hacks.Even an appearance of impartiality or conflict of interest such as family relationship between a trier of fact and a party with a vested interest in the outcome of a case can be a basis for a motion for recusal. Just as a citizen cannot be allowed to sit on a jury on a case in which his relative is a party, despite their imploration that they will be fair and objective, so should a a judge not sit on a case in which his nephew has a vested interest. A self respecting judge will either recuse himself sua sponte(voluntarily) or make a disclosure of the conflict and leave it to the discretion of the parties about his continuous involvement in the case. This is first year legal procedure and it is amazing that the Ato Dadzie's and so called NDC legal luminaries team are disingenuously feigning ignorance of this basic legal procedure. TAKE OF THE FAKE WIGS AND GET BACK TO THE LAW LIBRARY AND LEARN SOME LAW.

We thank you personally and the Honorable Judge who is sitting on this file on all her Rulings and the latest sitting of May 28th, 2012.
As much as I have the Good intentions to obey Madam Justice order to appear before her to give a verbal submissions on the next court date,
financial restrains are heavily crippled me due to Mr PAUL ACTIONS.
I couln't even attend my late mother's funeral which occured on November 28th, 2012. Almost all assests are liquidated by the banks including
my credit cards , and line of credit.
Sir this consignment suppose to arrive on / before October ending 2010 , and I followed up in March 18th 2011 and stayed in the country up
until 28th, July 2011, thereby loosing almost most of my client base upon return.
My initial principal residence and been taken over by the bank. I am now residing in a rented accomodation all because of Mr PAUL AGYAPONG ACTIONS.
Sir We therefore Plea with courts as We have provided substantial documentations to make a ruling if deemed fit and enforce Mr Paul Agyapong
of AgyaPaul Enterprises to compiled with the MADAM JUSTICE ORDER.
Mr Paul Agyapong have never denied of nonexistent contract between Canada Sheabutter ( Ghana Upper West Region ) - Abudu ibn Adam
and he the defended.
On the otherhand We have provided all material substantial documentation to that effect.
The Court sitting of MAY 18TH, 2010 , A CURRENT COMMERCIAL INVOICES AND PACKAGING LIST WAS PREPARED AND BY THE DEFENDANT
MR PAUL AGYAPONG AND LEGALLY SIGNED WHICH THE COURTS AND THE PROSCUTOR DETECTIVE BONSU HAVE COPIES.
As much as , We have the good intentions and desire to fully obey and appear before The Courts of the Lands before the Hon, Judge , We appeal due to above financial constraints on me to allow , our power of Attorney Mr Haidi Ambanbieu who's acting and before our departure we ordered to appoint a Power of Attorney to enable the courts give a verdict during our absence. We the Plaintiff (s ) - I Abudu i Adam have Good Faith in his Capabilities .
On the otherhand I shall be able and willing to call in from Toronto by phone for cross examination for as much time that is required if this arrangement
is acceptable , feasible and within the jurisdiction of the Courts.
Once again We thank Madam Justice of Cocoa Affairs Circuit including the Prosecutor to let Justice Prevails.

When was the last time that someone challenged the results of the presidential election, such that we have a precedent to lecture on. The judiciary as a whole needs to clean up its act.

If i were the writer of this paper, i would rather applaud the GBA and IDEG (if they rtuely are doing what the paper is claiming), as this will enlighten the Ghanaian citizen and make them understand why certain judgments may come out of this case. Stupid NDC folks who only want to rule on the ignorant people and steal their money. Everyday for the thief, one day for the master they say. Stupid paper.
