The NDC would have to explain to Ghanaians how a dead man came to author and sign a letter!

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I am alive and awake in the Lord. Ghana will not die; Ghana will live to declare the works of the Lord. Justice Atugubas, on hindsight, is rather complaining about something which his foresight should have corrected. His northern biases against NPP has clustered his forsight he can't see pass his bonet nose and don't seem to understand what's at stake. If his opinion on the case is going to mean anything he must first do himself a big favor and recuse himself. Otherwise he'll forever be marred as incompetent SC justice, not to mention subjecting himself to public ridicule. Simply put, Justice Atuguba is direct cousin of Dr Raymond Atuguba, who is a cabinet member of the NDC ruling government sits in jugdeship of a case between the gov't and the opposition party NPP. How crazy is that ? only in Africa !

How can a thief,a man who discriminates,make a bill board looking as if he is a saint,when he knows too well together with the E.C.that the election was rigged.Mahamma is not a unifier,he is a greedy individual who wants power by hook or crook,to protect his ill-gotten wealth.I don't think there is any President in Ghana who has spent money on an election than Mahama's 5 month reign before the elections.Why is he silent about coming out to assure Ghanaian's that he will accept the verdict of the supreme court.Even their so-called Mills who has replaced Jesus on the right hand of God according to the party's own advert was not a man of peace.When a group suspected to be organized by Nii Lamptey brutalized Ursla, those killed at Agbogloshie and many others,he failed to act.He was the worst ruler that Ghana has had.MILLS WAS SICK FROM THE BEGINNING OF HIS FOUR-YEAR TERM,AND SO A LOT OF THE ROT WAS MASTER -MINDED BY John Mahama who was flying the length and breath of the globe signing agreements and pushing people who the state does not owe to claim so-called Judgement debt.

what we all hear and see is pulling up
guns, tribal wars, killings, disturbances and many other nefarious
activities, but here in our country,
Nana Akuffo Addo and his NPP politicians does not believe in those
dangerous activities but chose to employ the rule of Law, transparency and Justice, it is therefore significant that the appointed Judges
who are delibereating in this case,be
set a very good example to set out a
deterent to many other African Leaders
who are like Mahama who are power drunks and does not want to give up power even if they have lost in an
election and employs war, killings,
fighting and make people in their particular country very miserable to
know that war cannot win election but
an employment of rule of Law Transparency and Justice is more powerful that the use of Guns.

We the people around the world are
sounding it solemnly in the ears of
all the Judges to set out a better
example to prove to other African Leaders that the employment of Law can make a difference. Nana Akuffo Addo is the winner simple as that.

This is the forum where ignorant, illiterate,uneducated, uncouth, silly, uninformed pocket lawyers who do not respect the laws and constitution of Ghana come to insult without presenting any legal arguments, those who are exercising their democratic and constitutional human rights to argue their cases, if they feel that they have been unfairly treated or cheated in the elections by the EC.

It is their right under democracy and it is only the law courts who can decide whether they have a case or not. All the insulting will not change anything. Instead it demonstrates the emptiness and block headedness of those who have come here to insult.
