The elderly statesman is absolutely right that President ought to be careful in appointing people into his government or as heads of institutions and organisations. Those he appoints must share his vision and must be qualified with the requisite expertise and experience to deliver. It is not good to appoint people who do not share his vision just for the sake of the so called inclusive government.

In fact, those civil servants who are sabotaged the Mills government, especially at the Attorney General's Department and Ministry of Justice should be warned to either deliver, leave or be sacked. Ghana cannot afford another Woyomegate because civil servants collected bribe from Woyome and gave wrong advice that he should be paid that huge sum of money, instead of going to court to fight the case.

If they want to be in government they should wait until the party or the person they support wins election,you cannot expect others to work while others enjoy the fruits of that labor.

There are a number of fine people in the opposition who can help champion the good of the country. Even in the NDC, do you know how many are NPP within? Some are in the party for their stomachs. The fact that minites of meetings can be leaked to the media is enough evidence that there are snitches in all the parties. If we have to wait for the party we support to come to office before we are appointed to offices that can help the country, then we have a long way to go. I think Mahama should tap from all sources where the people have the expertise and can trust to help Ghana.

We can win this fight if we overcome our suspicions and superstitions. Let us for once join forces for the good of Maame/Daavi. Ghana FIRST.

One of the legacy the greatest leader of Ghana/Africa Dr. Kwame Nkrumah left behind was that one day we will be able to form a union government for the better development and accelerated growth of Ghana/Africa. This can only be achieved when we overcome our differences for what unites us is greater than that which divides us. As such we need all Ghanaians both local and in the diaspora to help in the nation building irrespective of the colour of their party. We are all in this together. We are one people, one nation with a common destiny. The project Ghana cannot fail for we are not a downbeat nation. Our vanquard role in the liberation of Africa for political freedom can only be fully accomplished by us once again liberating Africa of economic freedom That is our call. One thing is for certain, if not Ghana; WHO?

Nkrumah lives! We still face forward, backward never. Long live Maame/Daavi Ghana in sahred prosperity, economic Freedom and social Justice.

Till the UP Traditionalists, foresee what is really ahead of them, and extend their wings to embrace other tribesmen, then a meaningful course could be coated here. They can boycott inauguration, boycott parliamentary proceedings and many others, Ghana will still stand together. They are redressing their grievances through the courts, and so, what else. Are they also going to go by the ruling of the court, BK? Definitely, a big NO! What were the political conditions that led to the one-party state in the Dr Nkrumah era? Yaw we must stop arguing and debating and start a conversation. A dialogue towards national unification and reconstuction. That needs you,me, Akua, Kofi, mensah and every hand available. Yes we need an idealogy to pave our through but not at the expense of Maame/Daavi Ghana's progress.

For Mahama to appoint a prominent and well knowledgeable NPP man on the basis of professionalism to a strategic position is honorable. However, this individual may admire this kind gesture for only one month, and spend the rest of his term to sabotage the administration, only to ensure that his affiliate party takes over governance.

And, that is not enough - the effect of what he may do may not be favorable for the Country but does he care? That is the question, our problem is LACK OF PATRIOTISM AND STUPIDITY!

THEY HAVE TO THINK ABOUT NEW ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL STRATEGIES, IN DOING WHAT I CALL REAL BUSINESS,PRODUCING GOODS, PROVIDING SERVICES, NOT BUYING AND SELLING,AND NOT JUST MOVING FIGURES IN BANK AND STATISTICS BOOKS, THAT IS WHAT WE ARE STILL DOING.

TO RECOVER OUR WEALTH THEY HAVE TO WORK HARD IN THE YEARS AHEAD AND TO RREBUILD OUR CAPACITIES, TO MANUFACTURE AND TO PRODUCE GOODS OF GOOD QUALITIES; SELL TO THE WORLD AND TO COMPETE IN WORLD MARKETS.

WE CANNOT BE ABLE TO SURVIVE AT THE PRESENT CHANGING WORLD WHEN YOU DO NOT NOT PRODUCE ANYTHING THAT IS MARKETABLE.

Most western counties have even drafted strong radicals in an all-inclusive government which of course is incomparable to the present situation in Ghana.
I trust, His Excellency John Mahama has the will to include some technocrats from other political parties in his administration. Members of the NPP don't deserve to participate in such a coalition.
No government in this world of today will involve or propose a function to an opposition party which is very reluctant in accepting transparent and fair election results.
Nana Addo and his NPP party must recognize and accept His Excellency, John Mahan as the legitimate President and winner of the 2012 elections before any sort of consideration can be undertaken to join hands with themn in an all-inclusive Government. God bless our homeland, Ghana.
