    Some of them find it difficult to retire from politics because that is all they know and think profitable. Find out how many of such appointees have farms or any form of industries. They are the Methusalla of Ghana politics.

    That is a very good advice. You keep innovation and development of the country stagnant when the same old faces are recycled like plastic - administration after administration; and, you kill the future of the party as well.
