Mr Baidoo, I understand was bereaved. His father is yet to be buried, and might have faced financial problems, as a result of this.

Doesn't the university have a mitigating circumstance policy. There is the need for full investigation so that no other man's child suffer from the same predicament.

Going to school and struggling to pay fees brings untold stress and hardship to students and parents or guardians alike. The Ministry of Education has to look at better options than this kind of "Dictatorship and inhuman" strategies where people are not allowed to write their exams. They will be having all sorts of thoughts whilst learning to write these exams and so how do you expect to see their best performances? This is "Mission Impossible".
