Why do technical people force themselves to be administrators? Anybody can be an administrator, train administrators and not turn doctors into administrators. Waste of resources.
Mate, you have a few lessons to learn. You want "trained Administrators" to head Teaching Hospitals????.With that logic you would probably recommend that a "trained Administrator" should head the Atomic Energy Commission.
This position must be advertised as soon as possible.The Minister of Health should step in to ensure equity,fairness and equal opportunity for other eligible candidates.
