I believe the NDC stole the elections. I also believe the NPP could have won Central Region hands down if they had reminded the people that NDC has a hand in Atta Mills' death at the eleventh hour. I also believe that the NPP is foolishly playing into the hands of the NDC by raisin red flags at each stage of the court process. For instance the NDC joing the case makes no difference. The NDC has a bad case because of all the paper trail they foolishly left behind in their haste to steal the elections. Even if the NDC makes Asiedu Nketia the Chief Justice, they will lose the court case. Hence NPP should avoid the act of succumbing to NDC baits that drags the case. rather, NPP should allow the case to proceed as quickly as possible. However, next time they shouldn't underrate NDC's ability to steal elections. They should also remind the people in Central Region that Atta Mills was murdered by the NDC when they realized his existence could cost them the election. This is the truth that could have won them the central region.

The chief Justice has done her bit by setting up a biased team to get victory for them but it won't work.

Ghanaians did not vote for Mahama to be the President of Ghana but the EC, kwadwo Afari Gyan chose Mahama for Ghanaians.

SIMILARILY, IF A CHIEF OF A TOWN IS SUED IN A COURT THE WHOLE TOWN DO NOT TELL THE COURT THAT BECAUSE SOMEBODY HAD TAKEN OUR CHIEF TO COURT WE WANT TO BE INVOLVED OR SUED ALSO. THIS IS THE SITUATION WE HAVE WITH MAHAMA AND NDC. THE CONSTITUTION ALSO STATES THAT ONLY A CITIZEN OF GHANA CAN CHALLENGE THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS AND THAT IS THE REASON WHY AKUFO ADDO FILESD AS AN INDIVIDUAL. NPP is also saying the Judges didnt take their time in making up a panel of Judges to a case they have personal interest. Some panal members are too close to political and should have not been allowed thru to the panal dealing with those parties in court of justice.
They can be lawyers not Judges.
