E. T. Mensah, Alban Bagbin and Cletus Avoka shouldn't be greedy and turn down the "Prez" offer. They're non perfoming ministers under Mills and they must be content being MPs.

The Dr. is being too unimaginative. I don't agree with some of the appointments but, I think he did it because those ministries are so inept and not very good at implementing projects. I remember when Kwame Nkrumah bypassed the ministries and set up operations at the Flagstaff house to ensure priority projects are impemented without the usual civil service delays. If the president feels it is important to carry out his special initiatives outside of the ministries, I agree with him.

I believe there is a miniister, deputy minister, and hosts of directors for these ministries. The president may have good reason to set up such body. However, here are my questions:

1. Who will make decisions from acquisition of funding, project contracting, and completion?
2. Would the ministers, deputies, and directors handle the above responsibities? If yes, what would be the need for this new body? If not, why should they be in that position. If the minister has to be supervised by somebody else before the president, and looking at our very limited resources, the offices of the ministers and deputies ought to be discraded because their performance is not deemed important by the president.
3. What would be the salaries and benefits of these team members?

If the special team can perform to the satisfaction of the president, my humble suggestion would be for the president to get rid of the ministers and deputies and replace them with his so-called capable team. This will save Ghana money, efficiency, time,and also create jobs.

This is because, JDM has given possitions that could have been occupied by these men to some people who didn't actively campaign for NDC and civil activist to cover up the fraud committed during 7th and 8th December, 2012 elections by EC which declared JDM a winner.

The appointments ensure that there is a direct accountability to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, rather than being delayed in bureaucratic government ministries. We pray that the appointees coordinate these projects as a priority deliver efficiently so that more children can be educated, specialist medical attention to Ghanaian citizens in first class facilities and travel made easier to boost Ghana's emerging economy and above all more jobs be created for people.
