The way this newspaper presented this report, even if there is some iota of truth in it, is irresponsible and a recipe to throw the nation into a collision cause of calamitous consequences. I'm still trying to connect the dots as to why the opposition NPP would want to attack the National Security apparatus, as this useless Al-Hajj would want us to believe, in other to succeed in their bid to possible cut short the presidency of Mahama in the next few months ahead before he even think of moving from the Castle to the NPP's Jubilee House. The NPP would not be in court if they really want to use violence to achieve their ambition to lead Ghana to the dreamland of economic freedom. Judging from the fact that not even a single bill board of the ruling NDc has been vandalized by the opposition but has resulted to the courts to seek redress reaffirms the NPPs' commitment to peace and rule of law. So it really amazes me as to why somebody could deliberating concoct such a shameless story meant to discredit and create disaffection for the NPP, forgetting that it could trigger some sort of fear and panic that could affect the peaceful economic atmosphere we are enjoying in several ways. I think people like Bature and his lies peddling Al-Hajj Newspaper Empire should be the target of any bomb threat in the nation if the collective peace of nation matters most to us.

Is the NDC so terrified of losing power in court that they would have to resort to this cheap ploy? Such cheap gimicks are by themselves an indication that they know in advance that they will lose the court case.

What did the Al Haj say?? That a high level national security installation does not even have basic security management procedure even within its own compound?? Ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha.

What the newspaper has just done is to belittle - if not defame the entire national security apparatus. Now if they dont come out to deal with the Al Haj newspaper, we will all consider that they are not a serious institution that can protect this country from small time mischief makers like the Al Haj paper.

In your attempt to descredit the NPP, you may unwittingly ignite the powder keg which may be extremely difficult to quench.

Two soldiers killed as Boko Haram attacks military convoy in Kogi

Two Nigerian soldiers died on Saturday after a convoy in which they and 188 colleagues bound for Mali was ambushed in Okene, Kogi State.

The attack took place around 6.05am local time as militants cut through the convoy of Mali-bound Nigerian army peacekeepers travelling in three luxury buses via Kaduna to Bamako, Mali, according to Saharareporters.

The militants decimated the convoy with the aid of IEDs planted on the highway and began firing on the troops afterwards.

The soldiers were under escort at the time and the military escorts alter returned fire, but the assailants who were parked on both sides of the highway escaped the scene after two soldiers had been killed and several others injured.

Nigerian Army spokesperson, Brig-General Bola Koleosho, confirmed to Saharareporters by phone that two soldiers were killed while the bomb explosion injured four others.

The wounded soldiers are receiving treatment at the Federal Medical Centre in Okene.

The attack is coming on the heels of a disclosure by the Chief of Army Staff, Lt-Gen. Azubuike Ihejirika, on Thursday that Mali-trained Boko Haram militants had arrived Nigeria in large numbers to carry out attacks on various targets in the country.

Also a JTF source told SaharaReporters that Boko Haram elusive leader, Abubakar Shekau, is currently in Mali receiving weapon training after sustaining injuries during a shoot out in Maiduguri last year.

The source said Shekau now limps on one leg.

This is the sort of communist inferior tactics that Nkrumah and his men used to justify their nefarious Preventive Detention Act (PDA) that they used to detain their political opponents without trial. Just before the introduction of the PDA in 1958, Krobo Adusei started to issue threats to the opposition by coming up with ridiculous charges and low and behold Nkrumah and Cpp quickly brought in that notorious law. In recent weeks Kobby Acheampong has made similar threats that the president can use decrees to rein in his political opponents. So this story in the Al-Hajj is just one of the grounds that the NDC is trying to use to revisit and settle scores of old. We are watching and I'm hoping that the NDC has no sinister motives up their sleeves for if they do they will plunge the country into an inferno.

According to Al Haj the woyomisation of Ghana is correct; nothing wrong with that; all ndc party functionaries, mps, communication team of 'babies with sharp teeth' are all correct in insulting their elders.

Asiedu Nketia the man with no diplomatic flair in politics has reduced political language to the gutter and he has assumed powers that are only assigned to ministers and by the way he is also correct.

The NDC party is full of angels who do nothing wrong with the sharing of the booty by junior ministers living beyond their salaries and no questions asked.
