When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwasi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwasi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwasi Prat can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Prat and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratts recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Patt has the gut to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

Think we are still joking in this country. 21st century leaders must be results focussed without compromising on respect.Else such results cannot be sustainable as you do not carry the team along. If respect is identified as a weakness then the guy must seriously work on it as the position is not necessarily acquired on merit!!!Little things like sharing personal expiriences, views , and ideas with the team can bring them along. In todays world sending a birthday greeting to all direct reports at the ministry can go a long way to improve rapport. This should include those you believe are against your change ideas. be open approachable so others feel free to share their views and lastly try to smile more often!!!

I agree with you, but it is not always possible and sensible to carry all members of a team along. There are some who like Judas would like to betray the collective cause of the group for their parochial interest. No effort should be spent on cultivating rapport with those people. They should be whipped into line or fired.
Also, the problem at the Ministry of Finance and other sensitive ministries are more than meet the eye. The NDC and the NPP always plant their own people in non-political positions in those ministries, to pull the strings for them even when they are out of power. So there are people there who do partisan jobs and antagonises everything aimed at pushing government agenda forward.

Those who are said to have bad human relationship are usually those who do not sacrifice results. Relationships are important but of the two which is more important?
We are at the office to work so we should behave as professionals.Those who do not conduct themselves professionally are those who have problems with their bosses.
Ghana has a long way to go if we give credence to this kind of stories.
My job is my life and I never joke with it.
Africa's values are not making her advance to match the Americas and Europe.What is human relationship when we are to meet strict targets and goals?
I will be a good match with the minister since he is a goal oriented person.
The president says he is action driven person so I will like to know how he will deal with those who will not behave professionally in the office.
This kind of questions should be asked because they are misplaced. We can always find reason for everything on this earth but God wants us to be disciplined in our lives.

It seems the problem is, when people are asked to do the right thing for the country they take offence and see you as the bad one. He does not not favour any one, rather fair and treats everyone equal.
