By the time they are finished, they will be filthy rich, an international airport in Tamale and Tamale will be the Ghana equivalent of Abuja, mark my words. For me I am ok because I have a pretty Northern woman as a wife and my cousin also has a husband from the north. We are covered.   Gentlemen , we have seen too many babies with sharp teeth thick heads and barking dog loud mouths occupying positions of importance for their own selfish corrupt agendas only motivated by what is in it for them. if a minister can not produce a paper either based on the strategy , ethics , proper prudent business procedure , or macro economics then you know they can not be leaders statesmen or competent . 20 pages is nothing when one takes into account the budgets of the ministries and the kind of decisions needed. whats the point in having incompetent ministers who in order to hide their lack of knowledge by calling counsels of over 500 in the hope that one opposes so they are justified in doing nothing or not taking decisions ?
