Accidents happen, things wear out, repair are required. If man has made it, it will wear out and need replaced.
This does not excuse the electric company from doing things right. Turning the power on and off constantly is just poor management. The electric company is single handily causing millions of cedis damage to private homes, electronics, appliances etc. Then to add to that they are delivering low voltage, which can cause fires and further damage. If there is a problem, shut down, fix it, and stop the poor practices currently followed. This is just irresponsible incompetent manner of operation.
