OOH, you may not know how the court works in Ghana...you only take cases to court if you do not have any profitable thing to do. it is as if the lawyers and judges do not have anyone to talk to so they put on their robes and come to adjorn cases without any acceptable formal procedure...the case is adjorned because the prosecuter is sick...If i may ask, did the prosecutor present any excuse duty duly checked from a medical doctor, or by word of mouth. One will prepare for a court day after so many months only for u to drive thru the traffic to be told case has been adjorned, and the judges get paid every month whether there is a sitting or not...the state suffers and individuals bear the most. Of course that is why there is a whole ck-log of cases. My opinion ..i'll never go to court with a case and i'll never advice my children or any friend to practice law or be a judge. if any of my people insist of doing law it will be better to have that knowledge than to practice it the courts are a waste of time. Look a carpentar who carves nicely is better than the profession lawyer or judge...indeed that is mine opinion
