We should sanctify the declarations of the Electoral Commission especially so when credible internal and external observers have approved of the outcome. We must put a freeze on our democracy by entertaining disgruntled and frustrated parties which lose elections.

I believe what NPP is doing consolidates our democracy above anything else. The democratic institutions need to be tested especially our judiciary. We proclaim independence of the judiciary and which is a a provision in our constitution and so we wait and see how this system works out. I do think that NPP legislative members can still participate in the process in parliament and yet carry on with the court case. I say this because, the CJ and the judges impaneled for this case is a test of their integrity and a test of our democracy. Note that this case is being monitored and followed internationally. Of course, no judge wants to ruin his career and am confident they will look into the case, evidences and merits of it and dispense impartial justice
