Indeed some of the NPP pollings agents were bought. Indeed, some of the agents signed the colated sheets notknowing they were false.

And the most frustrating of ALL the facts, there were 670,000 more votes than printed ballots. Part of the NPP petition asserts that there was collution between the EC and some elction officials to look elsewhere, even when electoral fraud was going on under their noses.

Personnaly, i believe the NPP went to sleep as usual because they were over confident and complacent and the NDC had a field day rigging the election no doubt. It is important we allow the court to determine the outcome of this petition. Hopefully, it will make Ghana a better place and and act as a yardstick to guide future disputes. The NDC is also talking about the petitioners seeking to curb, curtail, disenfranchise citizens exercising their constitutional right to vote. Again, this assertion is flawed on the basis of statutes that were specifically promulgated for elections which is buttressed in law, failure to observe of which invalidates the elctions. 3. The NDC petition also talks about the presence of observers both foreign and local. The mere fact of the presence of observers does not take anything away from the commission of fraud.

Quite apart from the absurdities of their arguments about over voting and non biometric verification, who is to tell that the 2,002 unmentioned polling stations aren't hiding outcomes unfavorable to the petitioner. That is the question to be answered first.

The supreme court will decide based on the evidence put before the court; whatever this evidence is whether in the form of blue, pink, white sheets or whatever the colour is. The supreme court will not base their decision on semantics, hearsay, innuendos, but on facts.

The NDC should prepare their case well given the calibre of their legal team. Short of bribing the judges, that is if they are 'bribable', the truth should come out and the matter laid to rest whatever the outcome so we can move forward to develop Ghana.
Whoever loses at the supreme court should accept the verdict and act accordingly.
If for any reason the legal system in this country lets us down, and it is found that foul play has taken place involving any of the supreme court judges, Ghana will be put to shame on the international scene; we will cease to become the beacon of democracy in africa and there is the prospect of the disaster of a civil war which has afflicted Ivory Coast, Kenya, Zimbabwe and others.
Once more we would have confirmed the allegation that africans mentally, are twats and cannot manage anything successfully, not to speak of democracy and development.

We would be debited with a continent with leaders who are greedy bastards, corrupt, selfish, and haters of their own people.
