The NDC would have to explain to Ghanaians how a dead man came to author and sign a letter!

The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The letter then goes on melodramatically, “As you leaf through these pages of my life’s story, I pray to God that it touches your heart in many positive ways. Weep not, I am not dead. I am alive and awake in the Lord. Ghana will not die; Ghana will live to declare the works of the Lord. That said, why is the NDC and EC demanding the pink sheets of the NPP when they also have their own copies ?

And why are the NDC and the EC not willing to present their pink sheets to the court to allow the court to compare those sheets ?

This is clear evidence of the complicity of the NDC and EC in fraudulently making John "Jacob Zuma" Mahama(first president of Ghana with 24 children from 11 women)the president of Ghana.

It is not every lawyer that gets the chance to go to the supreme court of the land. Sometimes you have to apply and be admitted before you can appear at the supreme court. Legal logic is different from being a lawyer.

Ask Mr. Kuffour and his family how much they were worth before 2001 and compare it to how much they were worth by the time he was out of office in 2008. All the big businesses that sprung up during Mr. Kuffour's tenure had a long umbilical chord to the office of the president. Where is the logic aka COMMON SENSE in this statement that releasing these so called inconvertible evidence is equal to political suicide. A whole so called lawyer saying this beats my imagination. Have they forgotten or even thought about the fact that the votes were counted in the full glare of the public; and most importantly the so called pink sheets were given to at least 6 other parties or individuals (aka polling agents). Is the NDC and/or EC going alter or falsify those sheets too, and moreso is the EC/NDC going to falsify the faxed copies to the results sent to the collation centres; which was also distributed to their reps at the collation centres verified and endorsed by the same before they were forwarded to the regional offices and so on ... WHY ARE THESE POCKET LAWYERS TRYING TO TAKE US FOR A RIDE? NICE TRY! BUT WE GOT YOU....Either they are genuinely ignorant or living in some fantasy world or deliberating lying to those who equally ignorant who can be fooled their likes. Where I live, I took someone to court but the law of the land says that the petitioner and respondent each has to exchange exhibits that would be presented to court within two weeks to court time. I do not know the law in Ghana but if evidence is presented to the respondent, the respondent could object to any evidence presented to court during court proceedings.

The insults on Ghanaweb are used as a defensive mechanism when some ppl do not have any facts to back up their argument in a fair debate.

It is usually used by nitwits, maleducated, uninformed, ignorant and self-styled armed chair pocket lawyers who hardly completed their basic education of their half-baked jss.shs experience

Most of the time they are unemployed, have plenty of time on their idle hands and all they do is sit here on ghanaweb and insult anyone who makes constructive suggestions or criticises the government, their party and anyone they disagree with.

You can tell these people usually make one line statements of insults without backing it up with anything sensible. They cannot spell and their grammar is usually outrageously bad, using the past tense to describe the present event.

Of course they are all taking a cue from government ministers and junior ministers and babies with sharp teeth such as Koku Anyidoho, Agyenim Boateng, Asiedu Nketia Kobby Acheampong, and co teaching children of Ghana how to insult and disrespect their elders.

This is a top case if not handled with care and attention can undo the peace in Ghana.
In this regard, both NPP and EC must be asked to provide it evidence to court sealed under protection because this evidence has to be intact and not adulterated.
Pink sheets from 4709 polling stations that will be used as evidence in Court has to be kept in vault and the EC must equally be compelled to provide the original pink sheets of all 26,004 polling stations and the biometric registers and machines used for this elections to court also for safe keeping.
This will prevent any party to this case gaining undue advantage and also prevent a possible tampering of evidence by both petitioners and the respondents. I say this because in Ghana now, anything is possible.
Ghanaians need to know the truth whether Mahama won the election one touch as NDC claims or the EC helped rigged the election in the favour of NDC or NPP are just trouble makers who always refuse to accept election results if they fail to win.
This truth must come out for reasonable Ghanaians to discern as the bible confirms that “only the truth shall set Ghanaians free.
This is a very serious matter and an educative one likely to expand the mind set of Ghanaians on our democracy and show the world how matured we are with regards to handling electoral disputes. Only this will portray to the world that indeed, Ghanaians are really peaceful and a shining example and beacon of hope on the entire continent of Africa. The world is watching us.
For this purpose, I urge all Ghanaians to be following this Supreme Court case with an eagle eye to ensure that the actions or inactions of the Supreme Court judges, the petitioners, the EC and NDC do not affect the peace.
I suggest NPP must also file another motion praying the court to order the EC to furnish the court for safekeeping, the original pink sheet, biometric register used for the elections and details of how many Ghanaian abroad voted, how they were registers and the ballot papers for all overseas ballots cast so as to protect them from possible adulteration of figures.
The Supreme Court has to be firmed and uphold the truth and protect the integrity of Ghana's Democracy. we must find out if we have duly elected president or a thief who through the back door has ascended the throne. For this reason, evidence to be used in court should be kept clean so there is no chance for anyone to tamper with it.

i really don't know what happened with registerationabroad cos my husband was part of those who wwere registered abroad and during the election he was in Ghana not just to vote cos he fell sick three months prior to election and so rushed home. He couldn't vote cos we could not find his pulling station. He returned to his post in January 2013 only to be handed another voter's ID card with different polling station number and voter's number. I asked him if he registered twice and he said no and considering the number of people registered in that country there was no way he could have registered twice. EC has a lot to answer to Ghanaians!

No way should NPP submit their evidence to EC & Mahama or their lawyers should request from NPP to surrender their evidence. They cannot intimidate them.

I am by this way urging the supreme court to let the justice prevail. The whole world is looking at them. Ghanaians need nothing but the truth.

They have even started wasting our resources and stealing our Gold. We need the truth to come out.

I doubt your credentials. Besides that, this is a court rule: If you accuse someone of stealing, tell the judge in detail, the places he went stealing, what did he steal etc. Now, NPP is saying, you know what, I would not tell you what you stole but bring everything you have stolen and I would show my evidence of the things you stole from me.

This request from the defendants is a tricky one. By the dictates of the court, evidence would have to be presented and agreed upon as acceptable, to be tended in court. The fear of the petitioners is that, the defendants would find a cunning way to engineer their response in such a way that, the evidence so presented by the petitioners, becomes unacceptable and without merit, especially when we are reading of verification machines being stolen from some constituency offices, which are not being reported to the police etc,etc.
The apprehension of the petitioners is justified because this is Ghana and anything at all can happen to EVIDENCE - cocaine turning to baking soda, kokonte etc, etc. However, the petitioners would have to present their evidence, and give the respondents/defendants the opportunity to react to the evidence so presented. The earlier it is done, the better, because the defendants would require ample time or would pray the court to give them ample time to respond to the evidence. The case too is such that, it needs to be resolved expeditiously, so every party to this suit can move on.

Under no circumstance should NPP give any particulars in this regard--note you're dealing with thieves &murderers.
It beats my understanding why the SC is moving at snail pace & keep adjourning when it must work around the clock--this is a serious matter that needs all speed.
