The opening paragraph states, “I came to serve; I have finished my time here on earth and have moved on to everlasting rest and celestial duties with my heavenly father.”

The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

the sc court doesnt have to do things directed from individuals,it's a seperate body and full of competent lawyers unlike the npp mushroom lawyers.it has the moral right not to rush into decisions but to think as fit.

What do these people think they are? I am most times marvelled anytime members of the NPP speak. Did God tell them that their creation is special and that He God has endowed them better that those of us who are not part of their group.
Kwamena Duncan says ‘’The Supreme Court must be careful. They should not allow processes which will let the rational of the main petition be lost’’ I want to know and so are Ghanaians, the rational of their main petition?
I have confidently deduced from the position taken by members of this party that President Mahama should be deposed as the president and their defeated candidate be made as the president. Anytime it suits them, they tell the world their Petition is to ensure that our democracy is strengthened. I ask reasonable Ghanaians to match their actions against their words. Actions speak louder than words, we are told.
For the NPP, their positions are sacrosanct and nobody deserve to question them. They are a repository of knowledge and when they say something, it should be final. This is the mind-set of the people we are dealing with in this country.
Let me assure them today their desire will not be realised in this country as long as some of us live. My only problem is how the leadership of our party, the NDC position themselves and the party. I am prepared to lead the ‘’holy battle’’ against these people.
Kwamena Duncan should be made aware that the isues mentioned in their Petition are allegations as long as they have not proven any of these allegations. Their allegations are general in nature for now. They must be specific to make the process of litigation easier. For instance, the over 4000 polling stations which they claim were fraught with voting irregularities need to be identified and proven. No responsible person can just throw things into the ‘’air’’ and expect someone else to prove as the NPP seek to do. To me these people are just in a gamble.In my view NPP is the cause of delay in this litigation process.
