  Congratulations Elvis and we thank the Progressive People's Party for this move to fight the by-Election in our constituency.The people in our area need development and imporovements in our own lives.We are fed up moving to Accra to work there.I am calling on my fellow citizens of Buem and surrounding areas to join me to support Edwumawura and his PPP to win the seat and the promises of the PPPfor bringing jobs for our prople shall be realised.Remember, we must move away from the notion that the NDC is the only political party to win in the Volta Region just because its founder is an Ewe man JJ Rawlings.He gracefully lives in Accra but we have coped with no development at all.We all want to live at Ridge in Accra but cannot affor it like Papa J.It makes us tribalistic to keep voting for NDC.Let us change our ways.
  God help us to get PPP candidate Ellis to represent us this time.May the soull of Mr.Kamel Rest In Peace.
