All this so-called growth & people continue to live in deplorable conditions.
The city is suffocating with too many
people and large numbers sleeping in the streets, so why promote more growth ? Why not develop the other regional capitals and slow down the influx of people into Accra ?
In Accra, each person has about 3000 mosquitoes feeding on him or her each day, even including babies and children. Accra only imports mosquitoes fumigates and repellants more than all the cities in the world combined.
What will the growth entail? car snatching, stealing, traffic, dust, mosquitoes, armed robbers, water shortage, electricity cut-off, .....
Oh Ghana, we pray you will remember your people when you gain wealth. So many things you have promised them are not fulfilled such as good health care, education, infrastructure and sanitation. Traffic in Accra is terrible ...
